-Small gun (like glock 43)
-2 mag's
-Bandage/Plasters
-Pepper spray
-Flip Knife
-Water
-tourniquet (May be a few) to stop bleeding and may be even save someone's life.
-A bit of cash, so if you get robbed you can at least give it to him instead of your watch/phone/airpods.

Add a phone charger to the list.
I would add/replace a knife with a good quality multitool (like a leatherman) which includes a knife but has other tools that can be useful. Also, a small first aid kit would make you more prepared than carrying just bandages and a tourniquet.

I got a similar carry. I always carry a windbreaker, and gym clothes. Bit of a sneaker head, so I got a clean pair with me at all times.
It's really cool how you were able to rise and succeed despite having ADD/ADHD. That's a success story right there. Instead of letting it be a crutch, you turned it into a strength.
I personally carry moisturizer with me so i dont dry out especially in colder weather
