You have to apply for an Alien Landowner’s Licence which involves a check on your police record, and costs around 10% of the purchase price of the property. Otherwise it’s fairly straightforward. The Grenadines Collection have plenty of houses and plots to view online. I bought a house there three years ago - it’s a very charming, friendly island. Best of luck.

It was fun bumping into you at Mac's Pizza last year when the rain came in and everyone had to huddle near the bar to keep from getting soaked.
