here is a cool fact, andy ( the singer ) was system of a downs first drummer, then he got replaced beacause he had a hand injury.... good thing he kept doing music afterwards tho!
This song unlocks so many memories, I’m 27 and haven’t heard this in over a decade, probably 15 years. This is a gem that is a staple in my memory. Respect
I'm asking you this only because many weren't aware at the time.... but did you not go to the extras?... it was there I first heard the full song myself after trying to find out the name of the song in level 24 : sprawl riot that the instrumental came from. I really wanted to know and wasn't sure if it was made just for the game as OST or from a band and thanks to me going into the extras after beating the game to see if I got anything special unlocked (back in the day when games had things you could unlock) and spotted something called "music video". I liked the music for the game so I thought it was just a random video with gameplay cut into it to the effect of the music from some of the stages and then BAM!!!!... Apex theory forever in my head for this song
I remember this and was introduced to this thanks to the streetwise DVD. Many awesome nights in my room with friends last year of HS listening to this.
Luke Anderson Yeah, me too I didn't expect a song like this to be shown but Morrissey's music taste is really good ha - Bournemouth looked like an incredible gig too
Every time I remember this song, I’m always reminded of the time Morrissey used to have this as part of his pre-show and every time the video would end, I would hear the loudest boos I can recall. Good times.
Man. This was my jam in 2002.. I was just going into senior year.. was in a band and of course no real internet back then. Tried to play this by ear and failed horrible.
I'll never forget watching these dude on stage when it started pouring and chicks all around me took their shirts off lol good times at the best concert ever Ozzfest 2002 in Indianapolis
I was trying to remember who the hell this band was for days. First time I heard them was live at Ozzfest! Glad I found them finally so I can get this damn song out of my head. :)
So, uh... I just learned about this band today, and wow, apperantly, months after this video came out, the lead singer just...left. Such a damn shame, cause this slaps.
There is so much depth in this song. It's been a couple decades, but damn it still hits hard. I don't want to betray my heart here or express my inner thoughts etc but man, the vocals crush here..I rarely, actually have never in my life complimented the vocal track. Great stuff
andy is the singr (ontronik khachaturian), he was system of a downs drummer originally, but he left due to hand surgery and was replaced with john dolmayan former drummer for system of a down. hes also the singer for vokee.
Korn Limp bizkit Deftones Slipknot Disturbed S.O.A.D Linkin Park 36 Crazyfist OTEP Kittie Guano Apes Incubus Thousand foot krutch Trust Company Epidemic Mad at Gravity Finger Eleven just to name a few!!
I grew up in this era of music and have never heard this song until today. I don’t care for the song but I had to look it up cause this dude sounds exactly like Brandon Boyd.
I feel like the mirror was made of such a nice wood someone kept it. I have a picture of it from when my grandmother received it as a gift when we lived on McClelan in a house on a street that doesn't even exist anymore and I figure out why..an entire street.. next to virgina light rail station. The picture I sent Danielle is RIGHT across the street. That mirror is old..Christmas 1983.
If you are ever in Modesto and happen to see a parking lot full of security cars on Santa Cruz Ave, there used to be a two story house there. Lost an important mirror there. 2003 Jan, until April or March. Somewhere around there. Ask her. Sandy may remember my playing this.
I miss the 90s. I was in middle school around this time. I wanna go back. 2000's are bullshit. I mean I have a good job. I miss my grandparents. They used to yell at me for listening to this kind of music. I'm in the best shape of my life and I'm doing well for myself, but sometimes I feel I want to go back.
because of worrying about it, it's like i'd worry my way into being bothered for it - which is or seems like haggling endurances (by overwhelming concerns and considerations to concern about their considerations to consider enduring their regards until concerned about it enough to want to make changes for self or be expressive about enduring them) for exhaustion of concerns to concur enduring overwhelming concerns, of which enduring itself is a thrill to not be regarded like for consideration, by either misunderstanding or encouraging elaborating as though like (and "because.")
I thought he said "When we first eloped" and I think that would've been such a good line given the context of the line "The reasons why you are so afraid of consequence"
here is a cool fact, andy ( the singer ) was system of a downs first drummer, then he got replaced beacause he had a hand injury.... good thing he kept doing music afterwards tho!
was he in any videos?
He hurt his hand in a martial accident 2 weeks before they were to do a showcase for Rick Rubin. I don't think there's any video that I've found...
Wasnt his stage name ontronik or some shit?
@@krs695 I think ontronik was his birth name, but he took the nickname andy. Also i've actually talked with him cos I'm in the SoaD discord server ;)
@@Anonymous-sx5tc bro i was asking about that because i wasnt sure
I remember turning on my PS2, putting in Minority Report and jamming to this.
I know this is 8 years later. But I still listen to this song. Same memories. I used to play the music video on the menus and watch this over and over
Damn I love minority report..y2k futuristic ughhhh I wanna go back or go to the future when y2k is really happening

32 years old.. Memories have indeed been unlocked!
Minority Report on ps2 thanks for this gem.
First heard this on Transword Snowboarding on Xbox back in 2002. Crazy how one remembers such things...
Same here along with apulanta
I love the way this guy dances
I can't believe I'm watching this again. Lol
Minority Report was awesome!
yes it is! I still play it lol
This song still jams, even 10 years after hearing it for the first time on the Minority Report video game on the GameCube.
Game came out 20 years ago
@@jeyy_plays Oh jeez…😭
Man, talk about a song that aged well.
20 years later and this song still rocks.
Still love this song.
Best song on the album! Loved these dudes! Their sound was so different.
this song has gotten me through so many tough workouts
if Incubus, Alien Ant Farm and 311 had a baby... this would be the result...
I could not agree more lol
KeizerGodzilla Clearly they weren't being literal you dense sock.
I would also add soad to that list.
SOAD's cousin.
@@MrBlkthndr he was the original drummer for soad fyi
THIS IS THE TYPE OF BAND THAT MADE ME GO BACK INTO MUSIC AFTER A FEW YEARS ABSENT
I banned music entirely
How tf do you just stop listening to music lmao
This song still slaps.
Everytime I hear this song, I picture cheating with ragdoll and flying across the mall as superjohn

God, I remember watching this video on t.v. when I was fourteen in ninth grade. So many kool bands then. 2002-2003?
same here...alien ant farm, papa roach, cold, taproot...
far too many one hit wonders but all combined defined my youth.
Still rocking out to it today!
lastofmygeneration Yes! I pulled out a rock mix CD from high school and this was on it. Still love it

We are the select few, also I loved using rag doll mode & slomo to fly to hard to reach places without the jetpack
Memories of Minority Report on PS2 sent me here.
After all of these year I can still say these guys put on some of the most enjoyable shows.
My dad's best friend was the drummer for this band (Sammy j watson, or Sam as we call him). He's a great guy.
I remember this and was introduced to this thanks to the streetwise DVD. Many awesome nights in my room with friends last year of HS listening to this.
Sick album from front to back..
thank you
Definitely 💯
This was shown at Morrissey's Nottingham gig (13-03-15) for his pre-show video
Still stuck in my head
It was shown at the Bournemouth one the next day as well, I really enjoyed it!
Luke Anderson Yeah, me too I didn't expect a song like this to be shown but Morrissey's music taste is really good ha - Bournemouth looked like an incredible gig too
George Hilson Yeah, Bournemouth was amazing, my first proper gig actually, and it was worth every penny!
This song now makes me think of clutching the barrier, about to collapse after 18 hours in the queue. Totally worth it.
GrungeGirl83 Morrissey is worth every effort :)
I miss when music was music and MTV played videos.
Cheers!

Aw yis
ps2 for me.
People talked shit about that game, but who takes a "game" so serious? It was very funny watching people ragdoll when trown into a glass wall.
I was a tester on that game. it was frustrating piece of crap.
And yet so absurdly fun in my perspective.
