making Marshmallow Fluff with Hamilton Beach Mixer 62648

Recipe
3 egg whites beaten stiff
Add 1 tsp. Vanilla
Bring to boil 1 1/4 cup white karo
Slowly add in hot karo to beaten egg whites while beating.
Beat until cooled off and thick.
Keeps a week or so with no refrigeration!
Used my new Model#62648 Hamilton Beach mixer
