Alex trying to sound humble with the "no support or money" thing I feel took from the win. He has multiply NHRA cars, pro stock and top alco dragster, and this vette. A "small toter home" and "Frankie Taylor" is more then 90% of the people out here could do, not to mention the car. We all know who he is and the money they throw at racing. Congrats on the victory, but don't act like y'all broke.
Um have you seen some of the rvw teams at the track, have you seen what the likes of stevie,pharris,woody,mills,guist,ect show up with trust me there are way more big ballers than Alex there in NHRA he has it all but in rvw he's really not one of the top dogs
@@captlucky2320 Yes I've seen what people show up with. Goo, Gil Mobly, used to show up to our tracks with an extra motorcoach and trailer for "hospitality" 30 min from his house. Alex could've shown up with the same stuff if he wanted to. A brand new Fitzgerald Glider and 53' trailer, a big crew, and I'm sure there was spare everything in his "little" toter home. I watched Dave Hance show up to my track with his 57 pro mod on an open trailer, it's on CZcams. All I was saying is be humble. Don't act like y'all barely had fuel $$$ to get there. It's not about what you spend all the time. Most times it's the crew making the right calls. Thank your crew, the track, the promoter, and the FANS, and be done. Every single person that watched this dream to have any 1 of the things he's got, more or less all of it. I like Alex, he's a great dude and better racer but be humble. We all know what kind of $$ it takes to run these caliber of cars.

Absolutely correct, Kevin Rivenbarks car was consistently the fastest car the whole weekend, that thing was set on kill
You can be as fast as you want but you miss the tree like Kevin did you ain’t winning jack, Alex flat drove the entire race and did in the final he had the most consistent car next to Kevin but they earned it and you can’t take it away from them. Fact.

crazy how fast these guys are going on radials , all these turbo guys need to start running nitro to keep up , dudes out here with 5-6 thousand hp blown motors on nitro
The roots blower motors make about 3200rwhp, the screw around 3600rwhp.
Only the twin 102mm and bigger turbos are making 5000+whp.
@@martinsmallwood5581 big diffrence between blown alcohol and blown 90% plus nitro alex car would have a top fuel motor in it not top alcohol
