How you have graciously & humbly embraced your misfortune & turned it around to an even more amazingly blessed life not just for you but to the rest of the world is inspirational & heartwarming! They are much better off being not married to one another but having the type of love that deepens and matures into the tightest of friendships. Plummer needed Elaine to stop him drinking himself to death; Julie wouldn't have been able to do that. Blake Edwards featured Julie in movies that really stretched her acting abilities (and he wasn't ugly when they first me, though not as handsome as Plummer - no one could be).

Everyone knows Edelweiss is a white flower that only grows in the mountains. In Switzerland it's forbidden to pick them.
