This is a fabulous intro to Chen Style Tai Chi. I've been teaching Chen Style for 17 years in all sorts of settings to all ages. The brilliance of this simple sequence is that it does not involve any of the turns which can be tricky, or the punches, which can be overwhelming to beginners. Thank you for sharing this video. Great initiation to the Chen form. I do a poor self taught version of the Yang form and would like to start learning the Chen form but have no instructors in the area.

This is our foundation form for all beginners to start with. Very easy for people of all ages and levels of fitness to learn.
