On LCD monitors you see more through smokes if the smoke is on "TOP" of your screen (you can easily spot the enemy through 1 or sometimes even 2 smokes).

Ive been pro back in 1.5/1.6 ESL times. Let me tell you that 88% of the frags from fragmovies like "restOck 1-3" were made by players who all used the exact same private hack that was crazy popular back in the day. It was from a russian guy i forgot the name. And even nowadays your "heroes" usually use some kind of internal that cant be spotted, nowadays will be harder though. But who knows guys like "neo" and "kaLa" from back in the day mouse sports etc = all private hack users :)

I already saw it. It's great demo, but has some f*cked synchro due to used amx (at least that's what I think)... so amx will show score much "faster" than what you see on the screen and demo doesn't have last few rounds.
