In my village I don't even go out sometimes as a result i dont even salute🙏(Namaskar) some older person to me and as a result i feel more anxiety,guilty and my obsessive thoughts order me to go to village and salute that person..... And I'm doing this since 2 years.....my carrer and goal to crack ssc has been wasted by this... Sir should I do it Or accept it in like act therapy..... Sir please reply....... 🙏🙏🙏

Mai 7 saal se ssri aur anti depressant le raha tha lekin pichle 4 months se band kiya tha lekin pichle 1 hafte se ocd aur anxiety bhot badh gya chest me pain hone lga majboor hoke mujhe SSRI lena pad raha h. Mera question h ki kya lifelong ye ssri antidepressants khani padegi ya chhoda bhi ja sakta hai.

Aapka kya suggestion rahega kya karna chahiye kyuki Mera doctor to mujhe 7 saal se uljhaye huye h jab kehta hu dawa chhodne ko aur psychologist ko dikhne ko to kehta h kya kya samasya 1-2 goli to khani h koi jarurat nhi nhi h therapy ki mai to AIIMS ka tag dekh k bhagwan samajh k usko 7 saal se blindly follow kar raha tha mujhe kya pda ki yha paise k liye koi kisi ka sga nhi h.
