In this video, I’ll do a Relaxing Hand SPA Treatment and Nail Art for you.😊
This is a part 2 version of ‘Gentle Hand Massage & Nail Care’ video I uploaded before.
I prepared freesia-scented body products of Santa Maria Novella, pretty nail polish stickers, and various nail art decorations.
The nail polish sticker is simpler to do than ordinary nail art, so anyone can do it easily with some nail supplies.
It’s hard to get out of the house because of the cold weather, isn’t it?
So I made the video with the hope that you will be have a good time at home while watching it.

네일스티커는 보통의 네일아트보다 작업하는 과정이 간단해요.
몇 가지 재료들로 누구나 쉽게 할 수 있죠.
요즘 날씨도 춥고, 여러 이유들 때문에 집 밖으로 나가기 어렵잖아요?

Honestly I never was interested in ASMR but then I was in depression for quite a long time where I found myself unable to sleep at all.. Trust me you've blessed me with sleep everyday now.
Several years ago I was going through my own search for help on YT. I suffer from insomnia, depression and anxiety. I had been watching Japanese and Chinese tea ceremonies because they made me calm. Then one night, in the wee small hours, my recommends had something special. My first ASMR vid, the first tea tasting ceremony that Maria, Gentle Whispers, ever did. I was thunderstruck. I don't tingle or get any ASMR responses, but certain vids do calm me down for some reason.
Try meditation. It helped me to release emotions. I suffered depression for a long time until I discovered many ways to cope including meditation.
Same thing here, I was battling the worst depression I’ve ever been in. Sometimes I would only sleep two hours. My mind would be wondering off into dark thoughts. I’m not really sure how ASMR came up on my recommendations but I’m so glad it. It helps calming my severe anxiety.

I've battled suicidal thoughts and clinical depression, since than I've been suffering through insomnia I can't fall asleep until 3 at night and I've classes at 8 in the morning it ruins my entire schedule. I always search for asmr to fall asleep . Myaling has helped a lot I watch her old asmrs too and never get bored of it. On another note is it just me or there are people who can't watch and fall asleep watching the same videos they have watched before. That's me lmao😣it takes me 1 hour to find a perfect video to fall asleep 😔

This is probably my top choice for ASMR. The sounds are amazing. There is very minimal talking. There is actually a person who is getting the treatment/beauty routine.
