no shot xqc is saying they have no evidence when he literally shot someone = witness/victim + forensics, gunpowder residue + the shell casing which can be matched to the gun. idk how in-depth the roleplay is, I'm assuming it's fairly realistic but he also had his phone on and active at the scene of the crime. he knew he was fucked thats why he moved the gun to benjis apartment lol.
I mean even with evidence X is usually the type to do mental gymnastics and stay adamant that he won't get caught. He's too ego for that especially when it comes to the police, he did it during 3.0 too hahaha so just prepare urself for any malding
it's infuriating to watch after he's blatantly flaunted the gun around anyone and everyone lmao. and again, his rental was literally there at the beach for the police to identify when he initially escaped after stealing the gun. he can do whatever he wants, I just wish he would accept the costs that come with it and just play along

the game is boring as fuck there is nothing to do the world feels empty and you cant tell the diffrence from a important spot from just a random ass door.
this is part 39 i expect him to be able to do most things in the map not walk around pressing E on everything only to be met with nothing.
the only thing that makes this fun is the players because they make the most of this dogshit ass game.
you can jump like 15 parts of 2 hour gameplay each and find out that you missed nothing.

not at all duh, just imagine everything was open to everyone from like part 10 the game will be more dogshit like dud you see people with guns , robberies everywhere, super cars that make it feel nothing more to do since you got everything, too much money that x is going to gamble every gta session, gangs everywhere, no more people working and creating the "fun" as you said, and you can just go on and on and on of how shit the game would be if everything was open
