I'm 63, (from 1957, the year of the best looking Chevy Bel Air) and we were taught to respect all our elders. And when we did wrong, we got spanked.....but, we learned real fast just by the look our parents gave us, when we were starting to "derail"....their looks quickly got us back in line. Great stories always, enjoy them as if i were in a family gathering...

I'm not sure we even needed to be taught to respect our elders, it was the way our elders behaved that made up respect them. They didn't act like men do today which doesn't garner natural respect. They all act like fools or 13 year old boys. No dignity.

We of 50's and older speak of how we were disciplined properly (mostly) and brought up properly and many say, "what happened?"
Seems to me we happened! We got busy and got comfortable and many didn't have a parent at home during the day but I think the main thing is we assumed the schools were teaching our kids the same stuff we were taught and man oh man were we ever wrong!!
We didn't realize the war were are in and it may be too late. Shame on us! Also the churches sold out for their 501c3 tax break. Shame on those pastors too but mainly shame on us. We must not attend where the light is dim.

One thing I can say about Cam, is he is a man of his word. If you send him an encounter it WILL get read. Both mine did. Patience is and has always been a virture. One, it's his channel, not yours. Two you don't pay him and he doesn't charge a cent. How can you complain about someone kindly doing something for you for not just free but because it's interesting and informative with fun as icing on the cake. If you don't have any patience ? Don't send it. Start your own channel which all of us have anyway and read your story yourself. All while having a job, family, and animals. I understand more than most the value of getting it off your shoulders and soul. Have patience or beat feet. Thanks Cam. Always a pleasure my friend. ✌👣👣👣🍻

It has nothing to do with liberals. Some of the most conservative people I know have horrible children. Respect is taught at home an reinforced in other places. My granddaughters are very respectful. I get complimented on their manners every time we're out. Some of the most respectful children I've ever met were hippie kids. Of course some of them were atrocious too because it's not a political issue. It's a human issue. Not one Karen video I've ever seen was a hippie tough I'm sure I've missed some.

I appreciate the respect you show to the people that submit their stories, and your audience! This was the key factor for me continuing to participate!! You are a story teller and this format is perfect. There are no, uhms, etc. Appreciate your professional delivery! Thank you for accepting these stories. I had strange things happen to me when I was very young and no one believed me. It wasn't Bigfoot, but a different entity. So, I try to always have an open mind regarding what people share. Cam, you’ve stated on more occasions than I can count, that you’re trying your very best to get to every story you’ve received, even telling us numerous times that many stories you’re narrating have been sent a year ago. You kindly plead for the patience of those sending them.
In my unsolicited opinion, anyone who impatiently tries to bully you into pushing for their story to be pushed ahead of everyone else’s... those stories should go straight into the recycle bin or garbage. I’m quite sure you get hundreds of stories and it’s incredibly rude for anyone to push, push, push. It’s so presumptuous and rude.
Keep up the great work, Cam. We’ll take these stories as you see fit to dole them out. 👍🏼
    God bless and stay safe.

We believe you when you tell us. As for Lois and Coach’s stories...WOW!! Great stories no doubt about it. I understand how a kid reacts with their parents back in that era. They were the ones asking the questions, we only answered. I also know the feeling you get when you’re being watched. I’ve had that feeling many times as a kid riding horses on GP Land. It’s a feeling you never forget! God Bless!!

Westpoint is about twenty minutes from me here in Columbus. Amazing that a white big foot is or was around Columbus. I'm 65 years old and I would like to see a big foot before I check out. I've heard that a dog man was seen near a gravel pit on the south side of town. I don't want to ever see one of those, but my son and I think that we'd like to see a kind, sweet and tender hearted big foot...at a distance!😂

I heard a story on utube about a yr ago i wish i could find n i guess i was just stunned n didnt save it but it was the first time id ever heard of anything really unusual still living besides BF n i cant remember it all exact but it sounded to me like it was btwn mantachie n snithville in the old riverbottom n its "homebase/nest/whatever to call it i believed was near pepperton where old 78 crossed the tombigbee bottom. There was NO question it was NOT a bf n sonething much more horriffic, mean n evil sounding. I believe it might have been some duckhunters in a boat were the ones that found its "camp/home" n the results of what it had to eat, or what was left n it was easy to identify at least what it used to be as they described the clothing n best i remember something in their description that at least one of the scant remains was a woman, maybe a part of a breast or bra there, just cant remember. They contacted game warden n crew/team/s showed up n they were scatted away n dismissed quickly, i believe, maybe possibly the local game warden went with them but shortly after "team" arriving n very quickly they were just scooted out in high fasion! Pretty sure it was before waterway n hwy era n the closest game warden is passed that was probably called. His son still lives nearby, wonder if he ever told him anything....
Here it is a year later n ive yet to find that report or even remember the site or channell n dont hardly find any stories from the tombigbee at all of any kind. With everything i know now, im betting a special "team" went in n disposed of it shortly after or surly there would have been more reports.
If i remember correctly the hunters did go back there once afterwards n said not one sign of it ever being there, no down trees or "home" or shred of evidence anything had ever been there! Im betting only area up n down the whole river that cleaned up! Truely scary as around the time frame it probably was,70s, i was swimming n laying out n playing in n around the river in that very area!!! Just chills! I surely hope cam/ Dixie Cryptid n coach see our stories. Maybe someone can help put this all together n find out more. Im betting the two hunters may still be around. I since have heard reports of folks that have actually contacted LEO of being severely threatened to keep quiet....... Makes u wonder.....
I will add, it was a good ways from where they put in but they did put in at the tombigbee in peppertown, pretty sure they said they went further down than they ever had before to hunt n i couldnt swear what they were hunting, maybe deer n got out of boat which probably makes more sense than duck but they did get in a boat n travel a good ways from old 78 tombigbee put-in at peppertown. Could have been north or south, dont think i ever figured out wheather they went north or south.

I enjoy you channel and how you present it. You have a great voice for storytelling. Yours and the howtohunt channel are in my opinion, the best. I would like to say that those sending in these stories should, for the protection of these forest beings, should be very careful when giving specific information about the locations of these encounters. Especially stories within recent timelines. Because, it is my belief based on testimonies from honest hard working regular people, that there are very shady secret government funded groups that use these locations to go out and hunt and murder these beings, for what I believe are obvious reasons. Thank you for what you do and how you do it.

I was a hopscotch fiend (and tether ball, foursquare, dodgeball, kickball on a baseball diamond, red rover, marbles, stickball, kick the can, etc.). And, we never wore helmets, knee pads, or elbow pads! We made clover chains, laid in tall green grass & watched large puffy clouds going across the sky and looked for shapes, faces, animals formed by the clouds. And we were outside before the sun was up, and home at sunset because dinner was ready and you better be on time, washed up & hair combed (clean clothes too). Life was much simpler and a heck of a lot more fun back then! Hmmm, makes me want to grab my rod n' reel (fishing pole) and head outdoors! Have a great day, Mandy❣

Great show Cam!! My grandparents lived out west of Columbus in that area. They had 189 acres off old Macon road. They lived there for many years. Always had to cross that old bridge over the Tombigbee River in Columbus to get to their house. I bet they heard a lot of sounds but was never mentioned at all. I remember spending many Friday and Saturday nights with them. I also never remember being outside after dark there. Now I think I know why🤔

Thank you, sir for sharing your incredible encounter story and your family’s stories. And I agree with Cam, your story was Not boring at all. I believe that all encounter stories have a lot of important information. God bless you and yours , Coach.

I appreciate the fact that you discuss how the generation before us was different. How they raise their children in a different way. How communication between a parent and a Child was limited due to respect and due to the fact that we were raised not to question our parents. Just respect them and believe them and to do what they told us to do. So yes it was a different time. But I am thankful that that man’s father, the gentleman that you interviewed, his father, told his son the truth before he passed away. That was incredible! And I hope people can understand the respect that children hand for their parents and the grandparents in those days. I think it was a deeper respect than what we see in today’s world. Thank you for your input. God bless you all. Sincerely

Wow.. I've always wished that I could have grown up with a Dad like that. To all of you that have a relationship with your Dad that's good, consider yourself lucky. I was a step son and I was treated like the proverbial Step son. But I was lucky enough to find and meet my my biological Dad and I love him, he's a great guy. Having said all that my son and I have been best friends his whole life, I'm the luckiest Dad who ever lived now! I'm so proud of my son and now he's a Dad and I just love seeing him with his babies. Anyone can change the cycle if you want to. Sorry this isn't about Big foot, there was just something about that guy that was honest and real. The way he talked about his Dad really impressed me.. Thanks Cam, the best channel on CZcams!

Cam I really enjoyed the stories and guest and like you and he said yes we grew up in a special generation we did what we were told, when we went to the store we didn't cry and pitch a fit and lay in the floor flopping around like a fish out of water wanting something and we sure as heck didn't dare to talk back to our mom and dad or our elder's! I hate to say and it's only my opinion but over half of this generation today is spoiled rotten and ruined to the core! But like I said it's my opinion and my opinion alone not CAM'S so don't start on him!

You're so right! We were taught Respect! I always thought it was so funny...a story my husband used to tell on his youngest son. They were in a dept store and it was time to go. The Little guy was hung up on a toy and when he was told no, he threw down on the floor kicking and screaming. My not yet husband threw down right beside him and did the same! After a minute, the little one got up, did a triple take at his Dad and slowly started walking away down the isle like he didn't know him! Dad brushed himself off and followed.😏
