Hello guys,
The scroll button of a mouse works very efficiently to scroll through a long webpage or a document. It works as a third button at the time of gaming also. But when the scroll button of a mouse starts infinite scrolling, it becomes a nightmare for the user to use the mouse properly. Don’t worry. This problem usually occurs due to a Settings issue. So my laptop only seems to be scrolling down when commenting on facebook and it will scroll down right past the comment im wrighting preventing me from seeing what im Writing. it happens when i press H sometimes and when i press the back button. any thoughts?

same here, either it is a processor problem or a malware that is automatically ordered to keep performing that task which is what most malwares and trojans do, they keep you distracted with sudden random tasks so they could hijack you computer and eventually your data

Perhaps it would be its keyboard fault. First, you could use keyboard tester to check scrolling down error. Then, you try to install KeyTweak to disable a single key. After that, you must restart your computer and good to go.
