About your passport thats not a problem until you get hired and you have to travel
With the mark the face get a concealed u and will be okay

Does Etihad allow you to conceal that aren't on the face?
Is the passport compulsory on interview day. When will it be important?
I wouldn’t say it’s compulsory, but it depends how long it takes to get it once you get the job because they need to prepare your visa.
