The model's facial expression is uptight. Classiness is only good to a point, and when it passes that point, it only makes people come off as arrogant and repulsive. And if I was the person having business lunch with this guy, I'd never truly trust someone who wore green shoes like him, business casual or not.

Eh, these styles are over the top. Most of the time you'll come off as pretentious. Personally prefer a more elegant style.
