I bought a KoAloha KSM-00 Soprano when visiting Hawaii. I just can't put it down, it just plays and sounds so good. Cool to hear the long neck placed against these others and still hearing that KoAloha character stand out.
A KoAloha Soprano should be standard issue to everyone leaving Hawaii! 😅

Great choices. One of the Rebels sold immediately after I uploaded the video to someone that watched it which I think backs up just how good they are - that they hold their own against something 4 times the price.

Thanks for your clear explanations; I can't find anything as good on youtube. The only thing is that I wish you'd demonstrate more of a classical style by finger picking to play runs of individual notes . You did a lot more with the last one,- because it's your personal favourite? I want to buy a good uke soon, and i need to hear how it can really sing out individual notes.; no offense but strumming doesn't show that. Also, the no of frets is important to me; does it get up to top C?
Fair enough. I fingerpick in 90% of the videos but so few people are looking at Sopranos to play Ohta San style classical bits and pieces that I played to the strummers on this one. Sorry it wasn't bang on what you are looking for but it did at least give you an idea of what to expect. Thanks for watching.
Love all these Ukes... But can only afford "cheap" ukulele's and have an Artist Tenor and Aklot Soprano and they sound great and cost $150AU all up.

I can only afford a kso 10 opio and I my favorite size uke is a concert! Would buying the kso 10 opio not be a good idea? Basically would I be satisfied with the soprano size uke sound or would I have to buy a concert to be happy?
I think by asking the question, you will probably regret getting a Soprano...
