Also, I really like the more bold wallpaper. I feel like the one with the smaller pattern is a bit granny. I would personally not wallpaper the entire bathroom though, just the wall behind sinks or that wall and the opposite wall, leave the slanted walls painted. I feel like all the walls would just be too busy.

What I love about your videos is that even though you are living in a beautiful house and presumably are okay for money, you don’t flaunt your privileges. Some you tubers are so braggy and materialistic and they seem so happy to make others feel less than them because they are wealthier. I never feel like that with you. I feel like I am watching a person who is just so happy with life, and I am just watching them enjoy that life without jealousy. Of course I wish I lived in a house like yours, with a nice partner, pets, beautiful furniture and wardrobe but you never make me feel jealous, only pleased for someone that they are succeeding in life even though I am not.

My parents lost their home in the 80s to a tornado, after they rebuilt they hosted a party . They invited everyone who helped move things that were not ruined, builders and work colleagues . Was great they had a house full. Like serving coffee, they bought food a couple of times for the builders. I did the same for the pool company that built our pool. Not many even offer a cup of coffee.
Love the eco-concious gardening, and the gardening with purpose. The genuine delight you show separates your channel from standard issue 'influencers' who film content for money only.
Totally agree and I love that Josie knuckles down and gets on with the more manual tasks as well as her pottering in the greenhouse.
And everything is more natural rather than perfect, which makes it a refreshing change. Love the fact that she reuses the old greenhouse, rather than buying a mega expensive new, perfect one!
I still think the wallpaper with the glittering roses are the best (the one in the middle), the pink flowers on the left might be too old fashioned ans the ones on the right just don't fit the room. If you still consider the Gucci, this would be the second option after the glittering roses.

If you are wallpapering the whole room, I definitely would not go for the middle option...It would be overpowering. For an airy and classy look, I would opt for the option on the right. Personally, the left option is a little grandma...ish.
I think 100% sparkly wallpaper with big flowers because it look more luxurious, same with marble sinks are lookin luxurious :)
The bigger, bolder wallpaper is gorgeous and chic. The smaller print is pretty too but seems more predictable. The bolder print is really beautiful 🌸🌺🌸

I love the bold peony (?) wallpaper (middle one) but I would only do 1 statement wall and then paint the rest of the walls using a colour from the wallpaper.
I think a ‘living wall’ plant installation would be great in your gym. It would naturally purify the air and it would almost look like it was growing out of the brickwork or stone.

Pausing to exclaim how unexpectedly well the little house on the duck pond presents itself from the terrace! What a cute addition to the view of the herbaceous border!

With your wallpaper, I think the oversized floral would look stunning as a statement wall. It might be overpowering if it covers all the walls. But it could look nice! It’s hard to tell. I think the delicate roses paper would look great on all the walls.
Regarding the wallpaper choice ~ I like the 3rd option. The small pattern is a bit boring, the large one is a bit large. It might not look too bad with substantial mirrors. The 3rd is modern and just as feminine. Just my opinion. 😊

You could put up a temporary wire fence around the herbashish border to train the dogs to us the new pathway instead of walking through the flower beds.
I was thinking the same thing or even a little green wooden trellis fence low enough to discourage the pooches 😀

Wallpaper - the middle one is very busy, and will not only be overwhelming all over the walls, but will make the room appear smaller as it's quite dark in tone. Either of the other two would suit the house and are feminine and light xx

I think the wildflower print wallpaper would look better if you are going to wallpaper all of the walls in the powder room.

Get your wallpaper close to the fabric you will be using in your ottoman, it will give you an idea of how can a room be connected with the other in details.

For the powder room wallpaper I would choose the bold wallpaper and make a statement. It's a small room so would be appropriate. Love everything in your gardens!

I love the impact of the larger pattern and its muted color palette. The shelf, trim, and cabinets might be painted in the same color as the leaves in the paper (what looks like a gray/green) or the dusty pink of the blooms.. Because the colors in the paper are so soft, the whole room could carry it off as long as the trim is painted the same color as the cupboard doors. I think the smaller pattern would look too busy and somewhat dated overall.

the cottage bathroom... if you want to make a bit of a statement then the middle sparkly wallpaper is awesome and will bring a warmer darker vibe to the room but otherwise the white flower wallpaper on the left is also a nice bright option. I think that you should do the middle wallpaper though because everywhere in the house is bright with warm wood tones so the middle wallpaper will bring a lot of the warmth from the rest of the house into the bathroom which will really tie everything together in my opinion. but always go with your heart and not head in decor because then you will love it always.

Totally agree ! The bold wallpaper is the best, will make the most impact in this small room and you were right the smaller flowers will make it very very cottagecore (even if it’s cute). The darker one will be classy, glam, timeless. Only on the sink wall, the mirors will help break the « dark feeling » of the wallpaper. Plus it will be cheaper in the end and you’ll still get clean, calm, light vibes from the other walls with paint 💖

I would spend a few days training the dogs (with treats) to walk on the walkway instead of through the flower bed :) Hope this helps xx
Edit: I would start with a leash, practice a couple of times, and then keep going without the leash. I would also train each dog separately, while the other is inside the house!

Wall paper on the right looks the best. It's a small room and the other prints will make it look smaller. If that is the look your going for. All 3 are beautiful but sometimes less is better. Love your Vlog's.

Love the gym. Just elegant. I like the bigger wallpaper pattern. Very sophisticated. Lovely shades of pink and soft sage green to pick from. The small floral prints seem busy and rather youthful. Great job, whatever you choose will be lovely. If the boys like the dirt too much, you could put in a short wattle fence to keep them out.

Josie I would choose the middle wall paper. Those big flowers make a statement which is what I think you want. It's romantic but bold and grown up. The one from rhe left looks more apropriate for bedroom it has that girly romantic country vibe at least It gives that idea to me, and the one on the right it's pretty but I can't see it there.
The middle one with those sinks would make such an impact.. It's just my opinion..

Yes Josie. Mint is very invasive. It's best planted alone, or you could try what I'm going to do this season by putting plants with this kind of habit in a pot but plant it down in the soil. This limits the roots somewhat though if you find you want a bigger supply of mint either lift the pot in spring next year and repot in a larger pot or put several medium sized pots in the ground. Happy gardening. You are doing really well. It's all looking gorgeous and you and Charlie will have years of enjoyment from your gardens. Enjoy.
In the cottage upstairs, maybe do like the French, wallpaper in a toile and then use same fabric on bed and the chair. Forgot if you have eves. But you wallpaper all over including ceiling. Lovely in blue and white and softer w so much pattern. I think that the dogs like the manure.

Fiddle Leaf Figs are very sensitive and temperamental Josie. They don’t like too much direct sun and they don’t like to be moved. Expect that it will probably drop leaves.

Josie the green flower in your Easter Arrangement is viburnum oculus, it likes a sharp cut on base and a split up, also likes rapid deep water, the flowers are always a bit droopy, the stem of the flowers is soft xxx
