I have no idea how but while I was fighting Sam on very hard mode trying to do him damageless and I decided to just go through with the fight and i got this sync.
So this video has absolutely popped of way beyond what I could have ever imagined over 2 and a half months. But my other videos that I put a lot more effort into making haven't done so well, so why not go to them and drop a like or something? I know I haven't uploaded on a normal schedule but I'm thinking of uploading some Apex Legends videos which may be a bit laggy but I'll do my best to fix it so look forward to that.
If this video were to be someone’s first experience regarding any mgr related, they would probably expect it to be a rhythm game considering how well synced the music is, even down to the attacks.

Nah i was just trying to do him damageless before i tried him on revengeance mode, and i just decided to go through with it and boy was that a good decision! Plus i have since done him damageless on rev mode but got an A rank because i ran out of time :(
I’ve also done sam on revengeance with an S rank even. Even crazier is that i was able to kill him in 10 hits, most were in the last blade mode, with the perfect parry in 43 seconds. But i can reliable kill him in 1:50
I got something similiar when I was about to cut his hand during the ending part, the song said “there will be blood” and at that moment I cut his hand and ended the fight. Best part is that I used up all my repair paste in past fights so I was forced to fight him without any heals. Really felt like an honorable samurai duel with the music syncing and all.
@@enzoexe586 Armstrong isn't hard, he's just tough and deals a lot of damage and he has a lot health, also the only checkpoints in his fight are in the beginning and in the very last qte
Sam likely doesn't even have nanomachines to heal himself.. he's the only fighter in the whole game that dies from just a stab... everyone else is sliced to pieces
I'm pretty sure he has nothing except maybe a bionic arm. So it makes it even more impressive how he was able to body Raiden back at the start of the game.
@@HESHRocketWarhead Hes got some muscle enhancing suit, which, including his skill in sword-fighting + the arm, lets him more or less be on par with Raiden (still, it's inferior compared to cybernetic enhancements, and also lacks the durability)

I somehow got the same thing to happen on my Monsoon fight when he throws the giant obelisk at you Edit: I'm talking about it happening to sync up to where I was in the song when normally it just skips to the part of the song where he says "DREAMS HAVE DISAPEAAAAAAAA-". If all I was talking about was just it skipping to that part of the song I would not say that the 'same thing happened to me' on a video where the music perfectly synced to a different fight. I'm hoping this clears up confusion
I manage to sync one amazing part on my winning run against Sam. When Sam was doing the litterally Jetsream attack, I activated Jack the Ripper while standing still so he did that pose he does. Just as I did that Sam attacked and since everything slow mo’s and the screen goes red it looks straight out of a movie, especially since we were in the middle of the road and my camera was facing towards the distance. And also the music synced with the part where it says “there will be blood”. As soon as the blood part hit, all that happened. I wish I clipped that whole fight because it was amazing.
I remember how my fight with Sam synced... When the fight started, i blocked his standard combination and BOOM, the whistle sound part ended. First knock, some damage and he jumps back, landing perfectly at the beginning of "memories broken..." part. Some fight later, i hit his sword out of his hand, which timed perfectly to end 1st lyrics part. Right when he grabbed his sword again, the music started the second part ("Losing my identity..." one). After some more battle, it was time to finish him. Literally. When "I've ever known!!!" played with "Playtime's over.", Raiden killed him to finish exactly when the original soundtrack ends. It felt like interactive GMV. And it was awesome.
My absolute favorite music syncing was during the Raiden Armstrong fight the part of the song of "New life will be born beneath this blood stained sand" happened RIGHT as when the Zandatsu was executed with the slow motion of the arc and that shit was so cool to me

I’d like to take a moment to salute the people like @Airfrierr for taking the time to carefully study the timing for these metal gear rising revengence perfect fight syncs instead of studying to pass their college finals
When Sam's blade gets knocked out of his hand, any vocal lyrics playing at that will slowly fade until its just the normal lyrics playing and then the vocals slowly come back after sam picks his blade up, the same thing happens in the final phase of senator Armstrong,when raiden loses the murasama the vocal lyrics slowly fade away but come roaring back when raiden picks it up.
