    00:00 - 05:55 Short Circuiting: Short circuit is simply a low-resistance (or zero-resistance) connection between the two conductors supplying electrical power to any circuit. This results in excessive current flow in the power source through the 'short' and may even cause the power source to be destroyed. For a Battery, a Short circuit means joining of both terminals of the battery using a low-resistance wire.
    05:55 - 09:35 Open Circuiting: A circuit in which the continuity is broken due to which the electric current can not flow is known as an open circuit. In an open circuit, the current flowing is zero. Thus, no power dissipates from an open circuit.
    09:45 - 21:13 Current Electricity Problem 1: In this problem, there is a resistance R connected with a battery of voltage E and internal resistance r. Then, find the current value across resistor R and the potential difference across the battery. Also, find the rate at which chemical energy is consumed and energy lost by the battery itself, and the efficiency of the battery.
    21:13 - 29:29 Important points (last problem): Using the results of the last problem, ABJ Sir explains the ideal and non-ideal battery. He draws the graph b/w efficiency and internal resistance, and curve b/w power output and load resistance, and he also derived that for maximum power load resistance should be equal to internal resistance.
    29:29 - 39:57 Maximum power across load: The load will consume maximum power when the resistance of the load is equal to internal resistance. ABJ Sir also explains for a fixed power, two values of load resistance are possible and he also derives the relation b/w both resistance using a quadratic equation.
    39:59 - 44:50 Current Electricity Problem 2: In this problem, there are two batteries and two resistance according to the given arrangement, and there is a short circuit across both batteries. We have to find the value of the current in each wire.
    44:52 - 53:46 Current Electricity Problem 3: In this problem, there are Four batteries and Four resistance according to the given arrangement, and We have to find the current value in each wire. ABJ Sir solved this problem using the concept of a short circuit.
    54:06 - 58:02 Rating on the instruments: ABJ Sir explains the meaning of each reading on the electric instruments with the help of examples. In this example, there is a bulb rated with V = 220V and P = 100 W, and we have to find the bulb's resistance.
    58:02 - 01:01:19 Example 2 (Rating on the instruments): In this example, if the Potential difference of 110 V is applied across the same bulb ( Last Problem), then what will be the power of this bulb.
    01:01:35 - 01:08:27 Kirchoff's Current Law (KCL) or Junction Law: Kirchoff's current law (KCL) states that the algebraic sum of branch currents flowing into and out of a node equals zero. This is an outcome of the principle of the conservation of electric charge. If any new charge enters a node, some charge must exit.
    01:08:44 - 01:15:50 Current Electricity Problem 4: Based on the KCL. In this problem, there is a electrical circuit, with three voltage source and 3 resistance, and we have to find the current in each wire.

    #askCompetishun sir ive started completing lectures of phy chem and maths per day from youtube (as per praveen timetable of 3 hrs every subject), when should i buy a mock/test series?     5:12 Sir conventional current always flows opp to movement of electrons but why you considered opp of that over here, you took the direction of current along the movement of electrons as anode is getting oxidised and cathode is getting reduced

    Sir jab short circuiting bata rahe the sab se starting mein to jab current A to B jayega tab wo current resistance mein enter nhi karega na?? Direct jo 0 resistance wali wire hai current bas wahi jayega na. Am I right please anyone tell me please🙏🙏🙏🙏
