I really hope the girls' whole image doesn't revolve around blackpink. They have the talent to be their OWN group and be INDEPENDENT from blackpink. I really hope this isn't the permanent route yg is taking.
Oh! For me I not really worried yes become there new for sure they he compared so much to BP just like BP being compared to 2ne1 in the early years of BP. It takes BP years to take hold of there own character in Kpop and as a group from YG and BM is the same cuz they are new. But nothing is going to change cuz for sure they to like BP they are going to be successful having those YG Gene's. 🎉😎
There’s nothing wrong with being inspired and influenced by your seniors. Heaps of idols also reenact viral moments from other idols. Chiquita is also a huge fan of Lisa so it ain’t that deep. Y’all are the ones who need to stop saying they’re BP 2.0 and let them grow. They literally just debuted.
@fakeicarus everything I see of BabyMonster are people comparing them to blackpink and acting like they have to be the same and I'm saying I hope some blinks and yg WON'T continuously make them into a mini blackpink long after their debut and use blackpink's 'formula' for success as they have their own talents and skills, so its unnecessary. Please dont put words in my mouth!
@yanzkie2781 I understand BP and BabyMonster will have some resemblance in their early years of debut. However, I'm hoping people don't take it TOO far and start to compare the two groups with their performances or make it competitive or anything like that. Knowing blinks, some of them may go the extra mile. Also, after a while, I think the girls of BabyMonster deserve to grow into their own group and not have to be compared to blackpink consistently and have the same routine of blackpink given by YG. 🙂
@@xo.hannii oh trust me they going to be always be compared to BP cuz kpop fans today are very deferent now! Specially that BP is the top GG in this gen. Globally unlike the 2ne1 thing BP get out of that issue cuz they managed to surpass the almost all the achievement of 2ne1. For BM it would definitely take time for them to get out that comparison thing cuz YG is playing it's card the same way they use it before. But I'm hoping that after the next comeback something change even just a little bit to stablish BM as a group! Cuz it's really hard t get out of that 2.0 thing because BP is still active it's up to YG. We just wait. 👀
