- I was so excited to get this Coach bag in. I went in the Coach store several times to check it out, but when I tried it on I knew I had to have it. I ordered it at Coach online.I was ecstatic when I got home from work and it was waiting for me. Unfortunately I don't know if I'll be keeping this coach bag. help me to decide what to do.

I put on a dress for church today and I was trying on different bags to see which one I wanted to wear today. I ended up liking the way to Coach Tabby 26 went with the dress most So I decided to keep it. Yay 🤍🤍
Totally get it! I’ve been looking for a white summer bag to wear with dresses and have not found the perfect one yet. So this coach definitely fits the bill for that purpose. It’s a beauty no doubt and I’m sure you will get lots of use this summer!

I actually don’t even carry wallets anymore, I just keep my cards and money(which is not much cause I use my phone) in a small pocket with a zipper inside the purse. It has worked out well for me , worth a try, it saves a lot of space

I love both but lean more towards contemporary bags as they are much more affordable for me. I’m glad you decided to keep this one. I own the Tabby 26 in Saddle (the older version) and I love it! Enjoy and thank you for sharing!
What wallet/card holder do you use inside of it?
@@MelissaAdams-Wade I can fit my LV Victorine wallet inside but if I really want to downsize, I just use one of my Coach card holders 😊
When my Tabby 26 arrived I honestly wasn’t wowed so I wanted to exchange it for the Bandit. The Coach site didn’t have the bandit in black with brass hardware (only silver) so I kept the Tabby by default lol. It’s growing on me for sure ❤. I even want it in Ivory now, but I really still want the Bandit also

I agree with you 100% about the look of the bag being a little deceiving on what it can fit. I don’t carry a lot in any of my bags, and even I feel like my Tabbys are stuffed sometimes when I carry them. It’s not a deal breaker for me, but I can see how it would be for you.
I really feel like Coach should’ve not added the middle divider, that would’ve freed up a little more space. Or, like you said, the flap should’ve had a little more room to close. Other than that, it’s a really nice, well made bag! Glad you decided to keep it 😉
I think if they took the divider out it would of made all of the difference. I don’t feel like I carry much either so I was surprised when my essentials has to be puzzled in to fit.
Glad you decided to keep. I am not a fan of the older version but this updated version works well for me. I just purchased a second in Denim Blue with silver hardware. Enjoy your bag!

I'm an equal opportunity bag person. :). I love my LVs but I also love my Coaches. About a month ago, I bought myself the LV Croisette in Damier Azur and I LOVE IT so much. But I also just bought a Demellier large Tokyo bag and also LOVE IT so much. However, I do admit that I can be a bag snob. Currently I am looking for a good work bag that will travel well in a carry on and be professional and polished enough to take to customer events and I'm looking at LV and other luxury for that. As Caleb Snell would say, "I said what I said--safe space!" lol. Enjoy your bag, Melissa!
Lol yes Emily. This is a safe space channel also. The LV Croiin DA is my favorite bag. I’m so glad you are enjoying it as much as I do. Have you thought about the Bottega Veneta Jodie bag in black as your big work bag? No logo, big, clean looking, but it’s a hobo style.

I have this bag in black and while I absolutely LOVE it I've only used it twice 😢 I think with the items you are currently carrying the Coach Bandit would be a great fit for you! The large one of course, hope this helps! Also your eyes are stunning!!

This is such a chic bag & I love the white color. I do agree with you on having to move around the essentials to make it work. I prob would have passed on it for that 😅
I like the style of the bag enough to work with the capacity. Yes I have to switch out some of my cases BUT all of my essentials do fit if I put them on smaller cases.
1.I love luxury bags but the price point is drawing me towards contemporary 😂. Also think contemps are doing stunning styles lately!
2.I was also obsessed with this bag in the pink. However, when I went into store and tried it on/felt the interior I was surprisingly disappointed. It just wasn’t the quality I thought it would be! Or maybe ive just grown accustomed to amazing quality that anything less is just not going to cut it for me.

This is a beautiful Coach bag! The inside color is a great accent to the outside. I don’t think smaller bags should have dividers. I’m struggling with that right now with my Coach Cody bag in the color chalk and ivory. When you get the opportunity, I would love to see an updated handbag collection video since you sold some bags. I struggle with eczema too. 😊
Candace what do you use for your eczema? I’m getting so frustrated with it lately. It seems like every time I get it to go away it comes right back.
I totally agree. Smaller bags do not need compartments. I don’t really like compartments in any bag other then a back pocket.
Hi Melissa it’s Dee Dee from Caleb lives. That is a beautiful bag BUT if your already having doubts I think you should listen to your instincts. If you already have bags that you don’t use because you don’t like to switch out your loved SLG’s then you should return it. There’s nothing wrong if you like using one particular wallet then your future bags need to accommodate that. Good luck on your decision keep us posted. TFS 👛🛍️🚢

I love the Coach Tabby bags but that’s why I’m selling the one I have and probably won’t buy anymore! It’s bc I can’t get all my essentials in it without the bag looking stressed! Now I love small bags, but when it’s a bigger bag I like to get everything in it! Howver it’s such a beautiful bag! I’m not sure what you should do but I know you will make the best decision! My main issue is that this bag isn’t a small bag in my opinion, so it should fit my essentials but because of the deciders it doesn’t fit everything the way I want it to.
If it were a small bag I would expect to have to down size.

I really do like coach quality. I purchased this same bag as well as the Cassie 19 but did return the tabby. I just didn’t care for the compartments as well as the cumbersome heavy front closure. By the way absolutely love your dress, you look very pretty in that shade of green.

I’m in a similar boat. Love the look of their bags. I don’t carry much. Just a half dozen small items. Most of the bags can’t even fit my car keys, phone, and a pack of gum without looking bad. I can get the same size from other brands and it fits fine.
It such a shame when a bag looks like it’s going to fit everything but ends up fitting very little.
I think its a nice bag and chalk color is great for summer. Coach leather is good quality ( leather review channel guy). I think if they didnt put compartments it would fit more? Glad you was able to work around it.

I wuv the tabby 26 😊 I finally own one. And I agree with the storage space but I switched from a big wallet to a card case & started using this bag as a large wallet. The front slip pocket. I put my cash & paper stuff in the very front pocket. It worked out really great. Also can’t use a wristlet with this baby but it’s fine. I absolutely still love this bag. I wanna get the tabby 20 and use that like a wallet on chain kind of thing. Cuz I usually love top handle bags. So the tabby 20 for me would be like a wallet.
I have the tabby 20 in the quilted leather and love it. It’s such a beautiful bag and it fits my phone.
Greetings from Hong Kong ❤ I bought the black on black version of this bag. Used it just twice, now it's sitting in my wardrobe. In our country, we don't have a return policy on luxury goods.i find this bag is structured too firmly to be able to out in many things. Also, the magnetic closure is a pain to fiddle with. If I could return it, I definitely would. It's a beautiful bag, but it all looks and little on practicality, in my opinion. Btw, I love your dress, it really suits you!
What a shame amount the return policy. The black on black is stunning. I loved mine and used it for about a year but decided to sell it. It was too difficult to use.
@MelissaAdams-Wade for me, I'm giving it to a dear friend of mine who'd treasure it and just began her journey of mid luxury bags.
I have this tabby and enjoy using it. I put my perfumes, lipsticks, floss, and hair ties in the zip compartment. My sunglasses go in the back compartment with no case as the microfiber is soft enough to protect them. Phone in back outside pocket for easy access. My card case is the Coach Bandit one and saves a lot of room. If I have to carry cash then I put it in the thin compartment of the bag. I hope this helps.
Ya I think if I switched to a card case and a soft sunglasses case it would make all the difference.
Oh! And 4. If you don’t love the bag 100% - return it! Too many bags in the sea to waste precious shelf space for something that doesn’t make your heart palpitate 💜especially for a curated collection

Hi Mel, great video. I think you should keep the bag. Like you said have other bags you have to switch out your SLG's for so why not do the same for this one? You said after you tried it on you couldn't stop thinking about it!? Obviously you like the style, I think you could make it work for you.

You are lucky. My Coach tabby 26 in the color chalk (the refresh) it has a more light brown fiber interior inside. It is pretty. But I would rather have the more yellowish inside like yours.

I was that way at first too but this particular bag and a few others definitely grabbed my attention. I decided to keep it. I love the style.
Love the chalk color. It’s too bad the tabby 26 doesn’t hold a tad more. The tabby shoulder bag is on my radar, I think it’s bigger
I really like the structure of this bag so I decided to keep it. It fits everything I need, I just have to switch out some of my cases.

Idk id rather just saved your money for a lux bag. I think the coach bag is cute but just reminds me of gen z or when I was 21. I think the size is needs to fit a phone, wallet, earbuds, sunglasses, hand lotion and chapstick.
I’m usually the same way but there is something about this particular coach bag that I really love.
I would return it, I’m not a fan of the accordion organizer because it takes up space
I agree. I love the detail it gives on the outside but it doesn’t make it user friendly.
My mom was always a lux girl and I grew up having lux bags at an early age so that’s where I stand. I’ve purchased contemporary bags and ALWAYS end up taking them back. Although they are beautiful it’s not for me. If you’re having to ask people what they think you’re probably not in it 100%. That’s just my opinion anyway.
The part I struggle with is that I do love the bag, love the style, the strap, the top handle ect but I’m getting to a point where if the bag isn’t easy, If I can’t just throw all of my stuff in, I don’t use it. I don’t want it to be a bag that just sits on the shelf. That’s my concern
Coach is a luxury company. They’ve been around since 1941. Thé leather quality is considered the best and they last longer then most luxury bags.
