Magic! Awesome! I need to try this. I guess using filters would make it a bit more challenging to fix the sum(sales) part. I'll play with that. Thanks.

I tested the above , instead of replacing B2 with Sum(Sales), it still worked when I just used (Sales).

@@ExcelGoogleSheets are you able to expand on why B2 left there won’t work? Why do we need to replace it with Sales? In your case, the amount we wanted already was in B2 co not sure why it had to be changed to Sales or SUM(Sales). Thank you!

Do you know if it's possible to create calculated fields when you have rows and columns selected in your pivot table? I am trying to create a sparkline calculated field with an average(sales) in my values, grouped by sales person (rows), and pivot on a date (year-month).

Is there a way to make the bar graph a different color depending on the percentage complete - e.g. under 50% would be red, 51-99% would be yellow, and 100% or more would be green?

If table has columns in addition to rows, then it looks terrible, unfortunately( Maybe there is any solution?

    NEED HELP! In Google Form
Thank you for the awesome videos I liked all your videos that I watched.
There is an option to collect respondents email but anyone can make a fake entry.
Also Google sign in limits a person to submit once to a form.
I am making a travel allowance form inspired by your Google Map + Google Form video.
I need to log real email address, and each sales employee goes multiple time a day. Meaning he should fill that form multiple times.
I want to learn from you how to collect their original email with allowing them to fill the form multiple times.
I heard mandatory file upload helps to check their email by looking at their Google drive. But even then how to collect their email automatically without checking their drive link.
    Help will be appreciated sensei.

On Google forms, when creating the form, under the settings tab, then under Responses, you just turn on the collect email button. Then the email will automatically be added to the google sheet your data is collected on for every form submitted.

    • @incognitious
      @incognitious Před 2 lety +1

@@gareththomas438 But anyone can add a FAKE email and still google will accept it.
Meanwhile, Google Sign In limits to ONE response.
I need a process or script for two things:
      1. Collect Authentic email
      2. Only to perform a new entry in the same form

Thanks for reply, but that will not do. Anyways I have found a solution by creating a script to extract the file uploader email.
