Verse 17 says: "And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ" The church that teaches keeping all the commandments of God and has the testimony of Jesus Christ is the true one. Satan is not angry on churches that teach the commandments are nailed. Keeping the law makes Satan angry.
Oh that preachers were still standing on the Word as CD Brooks powerfully expounds. ...The people NEED this kind of preaching; BUT denominational leaders want to only put in those 'leaders' which want to soft-soap the people, to preach smooth things. NEWSFLASH - the Word of God is a two-edged sword, ...it is not a bag of marshmallows ! Yes - God's truth's can cut us. God is a GREAT surgeon that CUTS to heal us, to cut away the gangrene of sin from our lives, while there is time. God is not a butcher which cuts to harm or kill. God is love and dearest to His heart is to have His sons and daughters to be with Him forever. We carry sin thinking its a little thing; but we miss the label on it 'TNT' !. What happens when this explosive mixture come into the presence of the everlasting fire of a Holy God ? We know better --- we each need to be reminded so we seek repentance each day and fall on the Rock that is Jesus. Praise Jesus and thankyou for the message.

Only God can give us a new heart to walk as he did. How do you expect to keep the law when the heart is deceitful and wicked? Only Jesus did it. If we have the spirit of the law then the letter will be lived out. Obedience is a byproduct of Gods grace, simple and plain. Remember the Sabbath to keep it holy; and also remember what Jesus said, that it was made for man, not man for the sabbath.
Young gifted black, the fact that your friend chooses to invite you to their Sunday worship means that you haven't been witnessing to them about the Sabbath of the Lord or that they do not understand the sacredness of the Sabbath. Teach your friend about the sacredness of the Law of God- and the importance to obey rather than sacrifice
