  • This is how salmon comes out when you cook it in a Hot Logic Mini. Hot Logic Mini on Amazon: amzn.to/3wexnT7
These small appliances only use 45 watts and are great for cooking in small spaces. They are great for RV cooking, van cooking, car cooking, dorm cooking, hotel room cooking, office cooking, etc. They are small, portable, and light weight so they are easy to travel with. They are also excellent prepping gear. Since they only use 45 watts, they can be easily run off of a generator or solar power station.

Yum! Love salmon! That looks awesome. I like it plain too. 🍣🤭 I have cooked it on the Dash mini griddle too.
    I think i am using my HotLogic tomorrow at work ... 🍚 rice, 2.5oz 🥓ham steak, 🥑avocado, 🍍pineapple rings & it's juice (in lieu of water), 🍃baby spinach & 🍄chopped portobellos.

I really like this video and it made me decide to subscribe to you because I thought you had videos on the hot logic and the different meals cooked in one. That's disappointing because you have a lot of other cooking products that you test out and I couldn't find any more from the hot logic that you cooked foods in

That is a cool little gadget, I would have loved to have one when I was working, it could have been heating on my desk. I wonder could you have added frozen vegetables to this and then heated it? I too love salmon, it is easily overcooked. What else have you made in this?

Using this while you’re driving doesn’t kill your battery right? I keep seeing ppl write about having an inverter for your car. Is the inverter only for when your car isn’t running. I just want to use it while driving to Washington from Iowa. Please help answer my question. TY.

Using it while driving you can use it indefinitely. It draws around 44 watts so even if you use it for four hours straight or longer with your car off you will still be able to start your car. You don't need an inverter. Just buy the version with a 12 volt cigarette lighter plug. That is the one I bought.

Correct. While driving, your alternator is keeping your battery going. I do not recommend using any power from an older vehicle while in park, except to charge a phone. I also do not recommend letting your car idle for 3-6 hours just to heat a meal (gas is too high).
A Jackery 240 is a nice addition for small trips. You can charge your jackery while driving and at the same time your jackery can charge your phone and Hot Logic. 😊 Hope this helps.

Yes, I have one with a 12v socket plug instead of a standard wall 110v plug🔌.

How does it compare to those “newer” lunchbox with metal pot inside?!

    • @CounterCooking

It’s an entirely different method of cooking. I’m assuming your referring to the Itaki Pro Electric Lunch Box or something similar. Those cook by steam. They cook faster but you have to pay more attention to them. The Hot Logic cooks slower but is much more flexible. It will keep the salmon hot for hours and it will never dry out or become too overcooked.
