the ids are part of the dress code, if one student forgets it thats fine, if everyone stops wearing them - thats will be a problem
ID kasi verifies if the student is actually enrolled during that sem. And you need the ID sa labas ng school so that people can identify kung saan ka nag-aaral for whatever reason like emergency etc. Security ng School kasi is important dahil nagrereklamo mg parents regarding safety. There are universities in PH naman na open for all, pero ID parin per building. True din na mahal kasi so funded ung technology and other amenities.
to add, ung standard of teaching is ibaiba per school, tapos ibaiba pa per teacher, tapos maraming teacher na sobrang compassionate sa student kaya nagbbgay mraming chances .. these chances may affect the quality of graduates they produce, kasi nga hindi sila natututo sa mistakes or wrong decsions they make.. wala lang..
Back in college, i remember an unwritten rule... as long as you pass exams and meet your requirements, it's ok to miss classes. And here in the phils, there is a saying that school teachers are our second parents because we spend more time in school than at home. Hence, the close relationship with them.
Maybe bringing school ID as requirement is a training for corporate world. Some employers will require you to bring your work ID. It’s part of the discipline training.

Yes in technology wise korea is advanced somehow and in my own opinion is like this. if you are a teacher, it is better if you call your students individually for familiarity so you can really know if it is him or not, compared to just checking their attendance. So in my understanding, the ones who get into universities/colleges are those who come from rich families who can afford to pay huge tuition fees. It is also not surprising that these Korean nationals go to the Philippines, not only Koreans but also other races, because the education is cheaper and when it comes to quality of education it will not lag behind, especially in the top universities/colleges in the Philippines ..👍👍

in terms of security dapat talaga may guards and id coz you know may mga terrorist dito which can enter anywhere and also some crimes na related na pwed emangyari inside the school.. and the attendance po dependa na sayo kung gusto mo pumasok oh hindi kung ayaw mo edi bagsak ka dba hahahaha kaya calling by name ang attendance para mas sure kung pumasok talaga or not..Also not all univ her ein Ph is not like that maybe in some like yours or maybe nyour univ is not that ✨✨ but if you go to other univs like in Manila then you will experience different from their system and facilities.

In Universities here where not just to put or give knowledge, but it is where the Character and Ethics gradually being molded. And with that, Discipline is one of the 🔑 to attain those.

In our university we have schedule for dress code university uniform, organization shirt and a casual shirt.
Wearing of ID's is part of discipline on the part of the students. It's already the fault of the students if he/she forgets it so always be attentive. As for the professor -student relationship it's part of the rapport so the students without hesitations can ask or relay to the professors what he/she did not understand on the subjects being taught. As for technology it's good but human relationships is lost which is more important than anything else. The more the students interacts with fellow students and professors the more he/she understands human behaviour. Student life here in the Philippines is a not all about studying but learning on what life is all about.
Again, just like the ID, wearing of uniform are part of discipline, dress code is important, so students should know what to wear what to wear depending on the place, and occasions

Yung pagsusuot ng ID, gaya ng sinabi na ng iba, DISCIPLINE. Training para sa buhay after graduating. Sa mga opisina kailangan suot mo lagi ang ID. Also, para malaman kung naka enroll ka ba sa sem na yun. Hindi ka pwedeng tumambay lang sa school premises kung di ka naman student dun. Para rin sa safety ng lahat ng students. Kasi pwedeng pumasok kung sinu-sino lang sa school kung hindi irerequire ang ID.

most private colkege and universities in the Philippines are owned snd run by the catholic church require uniforms.
As to state owned and run colleges snd universities, some require uniforms but mostly do not. You just need the school ID. But uniform is required in mostly by both private and state colleges to students in courses with internship programs.
In the case of AB English, no internship is not required. Thesis do.
I am a former AB English student but i decided to shift to AB Political Science.

Unifroms are actually our identity as students, and IDs are to be worn as practiced - even us working pips are needes to wear our IDs

During my university days, if we incurred 3 absences in a row our professors will drop our class cards in the student affairs office (SAO). Then the SAO will send a letter to our parents informing them about the absences incurred. You have 3 chances before the professors will officially drop us (as in tanggal sa klase) from his class.

Yup high standard ang Quality sa Korea.. Kaya lang nakakaawa din yung Oras ng studyante sa pag aaral lalo sa mga bata pa' sa subrang upgrade ng quality sa skul yung mga students walang panahon mag unwind. yan din Ang Reason sa korea bkit Highest ang Rate Ng Suicide..dahil din sa Stress depressed sa murang edad need nang mag seryoso sa mga bagay bagay..kaya ang dami ng KOREAN na ninirahan dito..dahil din sa stress sa work focus nalang lagi..hahaha mapalad pa rin ako nakatira sa pinas kahit na minsan ang TOXIC din ng ibang pinoy!! At isa Pa High tech din po ang Quality ng PRIVATE sa pinaS lalo na ang Ateneo at lasalle ang mahal din ng tuition nila. At higit sa Lahat mas Fluent ang English subject dito lalo na sa Prounouncition.

Do some universities in SoKor offer scholarships that deducts the tuition cost? Different organizations have incentives and benefits if you join them and cuts down tuition costs depending on your performance and role. I remember being part of our school newspaper publishing organization and I was fortunate enough to not pay my tuition fee for 5 semesters.

Hi Ms. Hana.. You shoud have tried some prestigious univ. Here in Manila like UP, Ateneo, UST etc... i think the quality of teaching and experience is quite different from other regular universities.
Schools/Universities in S.Korea are surrounded by security cameras. It's a microcosm of the country. Every camera is the "Security Guard." Feels like a concentration camp. More fun studying in The Philippines. Good on you.
Kailangan talaga sa mga students ng university dito sa pilipinas ang strict ang mga guard sa id ng mga students kasi kung aware ka sa situation dito karamihan ng mga students dito ni rerecruite ng mga terrorist groups para lumaban sa pamahalaan paniniwalain nila ang mga studyante na sila ang tunay na may malasakit sa taong bayan at hihimoking silang maki baka laban sa kanila ang id ang isa sa pinaka madaling mapapagkilanlan incase na mapasok ng terrorist groups ang isang university hindi kasi porke araw araw ka na nakikita ng guard o alam nya na mag aaral ka sa school na yun eh basta ka nalang nila papapasokin eh paano kung hindi mag check ang guard at may isang studyanteng member ng terrorist groups ang makapasok sa loob at mag tanim ng bomba ehdi marami pang nadamay its for your own safety so you should obey first before complaining marami ka pang hindi alam dito sa pilipinas

Hana my cousin has AB English degree also. She graduated from Ilocos Norte and also a missionary at church. She is now working as English teacher in High school, part time emcee and editor. When she was in college, she was the editor of their university newspaper and emcee.
I recommend to apply to be an editor in your university to learn deep english vocabulary.
Attendance is a must. May mga prof kasi na magplus points sa grade lalo na kung lagi kang present. At isa pa jan nila malalaman kung pumapasok ang kanilang estudyante o hindi.

Kaya ganun kastrict ang university in terms of ID kasi pwede kasing pasukan ng terorista ang univesity na maari niyong ikapahamak bilang estudyante. At isa pa sa dami ng estudyante na pinapasukan niyo hindi lahat ay kilala ng guwardya niyo kaya protocol sa kanila na hanapan kayo ng ID kahit kilala na kayo nila. Sa dress code naman siyempre kailangan na maayos at presentable ang suot niyo na sa suot niyo pa lang gagalangin talaga kayo. :)
