Brilliant. Great fun from the days before laughing became illegal. The Comedians in the early 70s was one of the best comedy shows ever. Many went on to become major tv stars.

This is comedy I listened too as a kid in the 70's and 80's.
My mother had a fantastic sense of humour and she watched all the comedy on TV.
I remember her watching the Comedians.
I was young and didn't really understand the jokes but I enjoyed hearing my mum laugh.
I would always sit and watch Cannon And Ball, Morecombe And Wise and Last Of The Summer Wine.
As I hit my teenage years, I grew more towards Bernard Manning, Chubby Brown and Kevin Bloody Wilson.
Then alternative comedy scene came in which I also enjoyed, shows like The Young Ones, Bottom and Filthy Rich and Cat Flap.
So I thank my mum for bringing comedy in to my life.
A sense of humour is the best gift that nature gave to us.
And did you know what - I have even shared humour with a Dog, they really do understand humour. I have found that Staffordshire Bull Terriers have the best sense of humour.
