  • A Ride Review of the 3kw 50mph SunRa Miku Super with up to 80 mile range including a speed test of 0 to 30, 0 to 40 and 0 to Top.
A link to the specific bike is here: www.green-mope...
Green-Mopeds.com is a London based electric-only moped and motorcycle dealer and importer. We started in 2017 by signing a dealership with Torrot (torrot.com/) after initially seeing an electric moped for rent on holiday in Portugal.
Since then we looked for more brands and became the UK Importer for ECCity Motorcycles from France (www.eccity-mot...) and then Super Soco (supersoco.co.uk/) from China.
In early 2018 we were then approached by Askoll (www.askollelec...) to be their first London dealer and soon followed by Lifan who were lauching their first moped the E3 (www.lifanmotos.....
Later in 2019 we also signed up with SurRon with their hugely popular and lightweight LBX Lightbee (www.sur-ron.com)
Mid 2019, we signed up to be the first dealer for Niu (www.niu.com) and sold the first 9 of their new NGT model when it was launched at the end of 2019.
In early 2020 the UK Importer for Torrot moved on to other things and we became their importer to support existing customers of the Muvi range.
Later in 2020 after a request from a customer, we signed up with Artisan (artisanscooter...) to sell not only their brand but also Horwin (www.horwinglob...) and Kollter (www.kollter.com/).
Recently we have added ThElMoCo (thelmoco.com) who supply LVENG bikes (www.lvnengebik...) and now SunRa (www.sunraev.com) and hence offering the broadest range of any electric motorcycle dealer in the UK.
We have been approached by many manufacturers to become their importers which we will consider when the time is right.
Always happy to help so please feel free to contact us through any of the channels below.

Great review, looks like a lovely bike.
unfortunately I had the NIU GTS SPORT and got knocked off a couple of months ago. The service from the insurance (Lexham) was horrendous and the supplier wasn't much help either. I was left without a bike and out of pocket. I got a lot of excuses regarding it was because it was electric and my bike was a brand new model etc. Put me right off getting another electric moped/cycle as it was so much hassle. The bike itself was amazing bike.

Damn, sorry to hear that! :/
Insurance is probably one of the biggest issues when it comes with electric motorbikes, very few tend to insure them sadly, giving you very little choice (and at a time when they should be encouraging electric take-up too).
Funny enough, while a bike like this performs better than a 50cc equivalent, I’m assuming you wouldn’t be allowed to take it on a motorway (even if licensed to) as it’s less than 4kW(?) Not that it’s a great idea on many motorways, but still…

@fetchstix™ yeah it went around 50mph but wasn't allowed on motorways but it's allowed on dual carriageways and A roads. also if you got a CBT licence as that's what you only need for one of them bikes you can't go on the motorway also

How you are treated by the supplier or the insurer should be irrelevant to the type of bike it is. Sounds like you should change both!

@@GreenMopeds yes definitely. Still undecided about getting one think I'll wait a little while longer as I'd like to stay with the NIU line. Amazing bikes though and I'm seeing a lot more on the roads now

Technically you could be stopped for using it while riding.
