Me and my former production partners were handpicked and invited to one of Sha’s producer’s conferences in Phoenix ‘09 by Sha himself. I can confirm that Sha is a solid and straightforward business man from my observations of that weekend. I was impressed by how smoothly the conference ran. He had RZA, Preem, Pete Rock, 9th Wonder, Hi-Tek, and a lot of heavyweights in the industry on the panels. You can’t be a sucker and be able to have those types of people show up for you. He struck me as very respectful, and just a stand up nigga 💯
