- Another month, another late post of my TBR. Lets just come to expect my chaos at this point people. We will see how this one goes. Lots of potential but not sure how much I will be able to accomplish. Fingers crossed. Also - no sale update in this video (I realized that late). But looking like we should be able to be up for sale within a month!! YAY get excited. But also not making any promises. So lets hope we don't run into any issues.

I think you should get the +2 bonus even if you DNF because the goal is to go through your TBR, if you gave the book a fair shot and didn't finish it, at least now you know and it's off your TBR! :)

I agree. You tried and it was not a book for you and you should not force yourself to read it if you're not enjoying it. As well as not punishing yourself for not enjoying it.

Yes I absolutely think you should get the +2 bonus even with a DNF, otherwise it feels like a punishment for not enjoying a book and not wanting to drag yourself through it. You tried it and it is what it is

2:23 absolutely you should get the +2 even if you dnf. if you made an effort and decided it wasn’t for you for whatever reason, definitely don’t punish yourself for that.
I'm almost done reading Illuminae! I had thought of listening to the audio, but it wasn't on Libby or Everand so I didn't, but now I wish I had it!! And Jade City is on my 24 in 24.
Your husband really took his time choosing a book lol. My fiancé just grabs a random book since he’s blind and can’t read what it says. He likes to pick based off of how thick the book is lol.
I loved this! Will of the Many just barely not making the cut :( I'm surprised it wasn't the highest rated on Goodreads since it's at a 4.65
If the point of the game is to "shrink your shelf" a DNF accomplishes that as much as a read does. So I think you get the +2 for finishing your TBR.
I also gave Illuminae 4 stars! Found it from your February tbr video. I read the physical copy, but may need to pick it up on audio 😅. Super fun read and I had quite a few reactions lol Ill def keep reading the series

I think you should get the +2 if you hard DNF and unhaul. If it's a "soft" DNF (you're planning on coming back to it at a different time), maybe just a +1?
