We appreciate the loyalty in buying the Metal Instinct. We assure you the back is definitely aluminum. Thats why you noticed the weight difference. The Metal version also has completely new circuitry and battery so you shouldn't see those problems with your metal version. Enjoy!

Bro I’m surprised you bought the new metal version after the not so great customer service. I know the new ones cost more, but I agree with you, they should have given you the free metal upgrade for being a loyal customer. That’s what keeps customers for life. It’s the little things. I just purchased the W Mark version of the instinct metal. I can’t wait for them to show up.

The upgraded one costs more. That's probably why they didn't send you the metal ones. Also, can you swap the lids? I like the old lids more.

Let me say this people Aware alert🚨 I have the Kemei km-2373 vector motor clipper, if you want to say say they are copying S/C whatever they don’t own that patent to that clipper so let’s make that clear. As they don’t to a lot of things they put out second hand branded. But the Kemei KM-2373 is worth every fucking dime. I have both the s/c in1/2 and Kemei 9000+ rpm’s its holds its own with no problem. Great look metal back great internal design also. I don’t cut in a shop don’t need to. My shop is my basement great set up real chair in all it’s the shit. But I cut 9-12 heads or more on average a day and since I had the Kemei clipper in this last month and a half they haven’t been one issue other then the blade being a little warm. Not hot warm and that’s after I’ll say 15 minutes or so in the run time. Battery is great the charging set up on this clipper is different once it’s done it power of and stop charging the battery. S/Cdont do that and that’s an issue for real since their fire issue I didn’t do a blade swap cause I want to use the everything from Kemei fade taper blade DLC is nice.
