Bro I’m surprised you bought the new metal version after the not so great customer service. I know the new ones cost more, but I agree with you, they should have given you the free metal upgrade for being a loyal customer. That’s what keeps customers for life. It’s the little things. I just purchased the W Mark version of the instinct metal. I can’t wait for them to show up.

The upgraded one costs more. That's probably why they didn't send you the metal ones. Also, can you swap the lids? I like the old lids more.

youre right, but i would email they ass and just ask for the upgrade. sometimes you gotta ask customer service, for alittle customer service frfr
