Yep. You can see between (0:49-0:55) the younger guy almost laughs, but then forcefully put this serious religious expression back on his face, and that's what causes the older guy to lose it. You can see his head duck into frame from laughing right after that, but we don't first hear the laughter until a few seconds later.
The younger man on the left was so beautiful and gracious. He did such a good job holding in his own laughter. This is absolutely one of my favorite clips to watch when I'm down. Thank you for sharing this.

This went on for a long time and the hosts could not get the caller to stop singing. At one point, they managed to calm themselves for a moment and he started singing again and they just completely fell apart. It was precious and sweet and probably one of the funniest things I've ever watched. Sorry I don't have more details but I'm glad you enjoyed the brief clip.
