If you can get your hands on a legendary, I would try getting Raven first because she has great damage buffs to support your teams. For arena though, I would replace KOAA with the Atlantean Armor Aquaman because of healing and power draining he has. So for Arena it would be Atlantean Aquaman, Shazam,silver Fait.

If you can build your damage dealers as close to those stats as possible that should give you a head start.
Depends on the team you are using. Usually I replace a support character with another support character. Silver Fait, Power girl, Shazam etc. what are the other 2 characters in your team?
