      1. Planning and Preparation - Pehle se prepare hokar jaao ki konsa retailer kis product ko zyada khareedta hai. Sabse pehle vahi becho
      2. Greet Retailer - Direct maal bechne ki baat par mat aao. Pehle retailer ko pucho vo kaise hai unke ghar mien sab theek hai yaa nahi
      3. Outlet Check - Stock sell karne se pehle check karo ki last time jo stock diya vo khatam hua yaa nahi
      4. Merchandising - Retailer point par posters lagao apne products ke
      5. Presentation - Apne products ke sample lekar jaao and product dikha kar sell karo. Isse retailer ka confidence badta hai
      6. Summary - retailer ko end mien summary zarur do, isse retailer ka apke upar bhasrosa badega

      With the growing threat to be replaced by company distributors and start-ups like Udaan, the distributors are losing their high negotiation powers. Therefore, in an attempt to not lose a retailer as a client they have started taking the stock back from retailers. Also, when they take stock back from retailers the even return it to companies, so in most cases the loss is usually borne by the company only.
