Agree with Jeff to an extent on not needing Micah to be in Jerry’s ear about specific players he wants on the team. I like that ONLY for the fact that Jerry and co. have had a long time now to figure this out in terms of getting players to get the team over the top and they haven’t done so. So I want my top defensive player, young or not, to be in Jerry’s ear to at least let him know that the front office needs to figure this out now and change things up a bit.

Just because Jerry listens to micah doesn't mean anything. No actions were directly taken so it's just SUGGESTION. Why are people so hurt about this. Make your important players feel heard that's about all you can expect. And adding Jimmy is neither of your guyses view. It's not "amazing" as per Jesse and probably not useless either as per Jeff. They got the ball out super quick, and to add he forces a ton holds that DONT get called (watch some film). He isnt used as the full weapon he could be which is on the coach. He should be at linebacker more often so it'll be more difficult for teams to game plan for him. Also, Dallas needs another consistent dangerous pressure player. Alot of the current guys usually benefit from teams focusing on Micah so much and allocating the resources to do that.
No excuses. He showed more effort in a celebrity basketball game than he showed in a Playoff game. That has nothing to do with age.
