Two suspects in an Amber Alert child's death are due in court Monday. One is charged with murder and obstruction of justice, the other obstruction of justice after an 8-year-old boy was found dead in their attic.

The mother wasn't allowed to go before the judge as "she was being unruly" from another news channel.
