The people saying the tutorials are bad are lying. They got reworked some time ago and they really teach you a lot of interesting things that you may have missed. I teally recommend to do them offscreen!

In dota should always focus on last hit the range creep at laning phase, even use a skill to secure it also worth most of the times because it gives you more exp When playing as role 2 (mid), this is more important. Somehow, your coach still don’t point it out😂
I play both about 5k hours in dota 2k hours In league and dota definitely has WAY better outplay other then MAYBE The first few minutes of the game. After about 15-20 minutes in dota it is a 10x more intense game. There hero’s who control up to 6 unique units with there own abilities and hero’s with 6-9 spells.. not even a close call. But I DOOO agree laning IS slightly more fun in league tho but In dota it’s way harder. Visions harder to use, high grounds matters, you have to deny creeps and pull neutrals into lane to change equilibrium, runes that boost abilities or give inivisibility.

Nemesis, you shouldn't feel horrible after getting stumped on sniper by three fatasses with blademails and zeus chipping at you at a distance. it was as hard a game for a sniper as one can imagine. however you didn't notice a centaur tp and too slow to react to blade mail. in such games you should focus on farming and splitpushing. in fights they will focus you, so if you manage to survive and predict their jump thats huge. pike and shard help with that greatly. you level up w and e, but thats for winning the lane and stomping with the team that can protect and save you like oracle, shadow demon etc. you should skill 4121 on level 8 and farm stacks with shrapnel. thats the optimal play for sniper. just shooting the fatties and exposing yourself for initiator with dagger is a no-go. your hero excels in lategame, but is very sweaty to play as you're an important squishy autoattacker. you should try to buy mask of madness after power treads and just clear camp stacks to overlvl.

It’s funny that he played ADC heroes and forgot the very basic of moba that melee carry (usually) wins against range carry 1v1 later on in the game. You need your team to peel for you. Obviously he knows that but I don’t know why he still played like he didn’t know that at all.
in league every assassin can 1v1 an adc but there's still a chance to 1v1 a fed melee carry as adc. its not some "very basic of moba" as you put it. this shit only exist in dota

Depends on the champion , kaisa zeri vayne can destroy pretty much all melees in a 1v1 whereas caitlyn for example needs peel. Sniper is obviously like caitlyn
