Nice backing track to play the melody over or to improvise. Couple small things that make it a bit
more fun and subtly different: (1) Substitute Gaug7/F (x-x-3-4-4-3) for every G7; also a G#13/F#
(x-x-4-5-6-4) for the Ab7. A plain old Ab13 will do the same thing. (2) When improvising over the
first 8 bars use a major Eb scale. It's the relative major of Cm. Using the relative major instead
of just minor key soloing allows the improv to sound more melodic and a bit more open. Also,
in bars 9--12 use the Gb (F# the same thing) major scale instead of Ebm for the same reasons.
Then return to the Eb scale for bars 13-16. It's pretty cool and a different way to look it. One of
the big things learning to improvise in jazz is to know all your major scales. Major diatonic
scales are the backbone of Western music and everything spins off that. All the other scales
whether minor, augmented, diminished, pentatonics, modes, etc., spin off the major scale. The
same goes for how chords are built. Just some info this guitar picker has learned from a lotta
    years of pickin'. Enjoy!

Wouldn't it be more correct to play Db Major Scale over bars 9-12? Those chords are a clear 2-5-1 landing on DbMaj7 as the I chord. You COULD play Gb Major, which is also Db Mixolydian, and that works well over the first chord, but in the later two chords you have the possibility of landing on a Cb note, when the chords underneath are actually playing with a C natural in their voicings. This means if you happen to land on that note, it might sound bad and more dissonant than you wanted. So Db Major is the safer scale IMO.

    Eu sei e voce sabe
    Que o amor
    Tem o seu momento
    De briga e dor
    Mais o que importa
    e ver voce sorrir
    Depois fazer as pazes
    Namorar
    Eu tenho um grande amor
    Por ti, meu bem
Perdoa as vezes a minha insensatez
    Venha, vamos andar
    a beira mar, e ver!
    A lua se mostrou
    Eu sou so tua
    Mais o que importa
    E ver voce sorrir
    Depois fazer as pazes
    Namorar
