20170731 Massive Downpour Oshawa

I caught the storm from the 8th floor, I grabbed my phone to record it, a Nexus 5, but I have tremors, so the video gets shaky. It starts with the birds all heading out to find shelter... and ends with beautiful blue sky. Somewhere in there, the parking lot starts to fill with water, and it's coming up out of the storm sewer!
