You really succeeded in making this house very beautiful.. My neighbors builder should have taken advice from you.. They build two A frames stuck on either side of a walk way..
all of ms gryphi's builds are so good, especially all the tiny homes they build. very thankful for their builds since i can't build at all in the sims 4 lmao

I love the natural rock onsen pool in the front! Between that and the hot tub, I imagine the sims living here like all the hot water! Hot water therapy is really important for a lot of people with muscle-skeletal issues. I would add a yoga mat and let my sims live their best wellness life here!

Every time i set out to build a tiny home with a nice open yard I end up with a 4 story mansion and heavily landscaped yard with very specific paths to walk lol

How do you move the roof without moving the other side and not with the wall part?
Hold shift to manipulate just one side of the eaves. The eaves control looks like the > symbol vs the arrow that resizes the walls of the roof.
