Wayshawn is a beast. I’ve coached in Northern Cal for over 10 years and he was by far the best running back I’ve seen in this region. He’s looking just like he did in high school. 50 60 70 yard touchdowns all over the place.
Keys to playoff appearance: 1. Beat UW/Texas Tech 2. Run for 1,000+ yards total 3. Roll through MW, and don’t take anyone for granted I think we can do it! Go Cougs!!!
@@PNW_Vibez good to hear it! But our interior has been lacking in power and explosiveness. Our Linebacke Corp needs a major level up. I don't care if we have to bring bulked up Safeties to cover mid level. I rather like a speedy defense that can still bring explosiveness, even if we lose a little size and power.
Coug athletics appear to be crumbling. Not football though. Defense looks tough, fast, aggressive. Offense looks capable. More work needed. Mateer looks a little hesitant. Taken a lot of criticism this spring when he thought he was the heir apparent. May have affected his confidence. Maybe a little more OL help. He has the tools to be one of the big time Cougs. Receivers look awesome.
Love how my fellow Cougs are all being very optimistic in this comment section. But let's be realistic. We haven't been invited to the big dance, and we'll never be invited any more. The future does not look good for us. Look at basketball this past season. We had a GREAT season, and look what happens, our head coach leaves for another program, and our star players hit the transfer portal. Same for women's volleyball. It'll be the same for all sports. As soon as a star player or a coach emerges for the Cougs, you can bet some bigger, richer program will swoop in an lure that player away with an NIL deal that the Cougs will not be able to match. And that beautiful football complex that was built during the Leach/Moos era? Well, sooner or later, that facility will need maintenance and remodeling, and I wonder if WSU athletics will have the funds to maintain those facilities.

Love the intensity! 👍
Tough to judge a team by spring game, but I like what I see so far 😁
I remain cautiously optimistic. Great showing for the spring game
If the cougs can get a 800+ yard running game this season, they could go undefeated
Rbs are looking effective, better play calling too
looking real good boys
Need 9+ wins this year
Trick play clever, but if defense was allowed to hit QB, it would have failed.
Man I hope the line is getting more stout. Defense could be good.
Go Cougs!
Thank God Cam Ward is gone. That being said, do we have any Defensive Ends that can replace Stone and Jackson???
This Syrus Webster guy looks like a beast
@@PNW_Vibez I'm moreso worried about our front 7 on defense, with the departure of both Stone and Jackson.
@@cialee1989 yeah he’s a DE. Also remember Nusi Malani (also a DE). He played good when he filled in on some snaps

we're gonna pull a Columbus Crew move, mark my words

Why are some videos over saturated? The colors are off. Same thing happened with the UCLA MBB game upload.
