Every time I hear this band, I hear a extremely talented standalone group with an awesome vocalist doing an incredible cover. They really are so much more than a tribute band. Most impressive. true pros
For Hugo to be in his early fifties and his voice to remain so intact truly a blessing. Father time spares so few. Some original music from voyage would be awesome. You guys already know what sound works for you. Catchy contemporary rock with a large arena sound and soulful soaring vocals. (Please reference Di-rect all the way) Things tend to happen when they're supposed to happen, not necessarily when we want them to or believe they should be. And you guys do realize you would probably kill it in the Christian rock genre. Just saying fellas. Too much talent to limit your avenues. Just my humble opinion.
You sir are an awesome Steve Perry sound alike, you take me back to the good old days with Steve. Thank you sir for carrying on in such big shoes to fill.

I love this band!!! Ironically, one of my long-time friend’s is Journey’s personal tour photographer, but I miss the Steve Perry version of Journey, and Hugo nails it as do the rest of the band. Exceptional!!! 🙌🙌
Came across you guys by chance (or the YT algorithm!), but have been a big Journey fan for nearly 40yrs anyway. Watched you sing Mother/Father a few days back and had my socks knocked off. Possibly one of the most difficult tracks to cover as well. Any chance you will be uploading the title track of Escape at some point? Much underplayed but one of their best IMHO.

Wow he is a double of Steve Perry sounds and looks like him. I meet Hugo when he was in Valentine band. I told him the same thing back on the 80s he looked and sounded like Steve Perry from Journey.
Very talented musicians. Hugo should be fronting Journey as their current lead singer. He is the closest vocal resemblance to Steve Perry I have ever heard, not to mention being Steve's doppelganger!

Hugo can be Steve Perry's twin, he sings like him, he looks like him and he sounds just like Steve Perry. I wonder if they ever met Steve Perry? Hugo is absolutely gorgeous, I am in love just like I am with Steve Perry.
Until now i still dont understand why is Hugo not the Vocalist for Journey! He is the only one deserving to replace Steve Perry, they sound more like the Original Journey than Journey them selves with Arnel.

I would love to see this band live. They are awesome. I would also like to see a good Queen tribute band. Most new music now doesn't compare. Except Greta Van Fleet and a few others. Just saying, my opinion.

Neal Schoun Journey lead singer is more exciting to watch , he can sing high notes , amazing performance on the stage he can dance ,jump, toss microphone up , spinnin wheel dance , more powerful voice , than Hugo this guy cant even dance only has steve perrys voice luck of performance always stationary on the stage...

He was considered by Journey. It is not as simple as it looks. Sounds similar, but no cigar.
Inception is a very poorly recorded CD. In a really good system (mine is $30K+) this CD sounds like it was recorded in a garbage can. Zero midrange, extremely bright: UNLISTENABLE. I told them so, but no response
to me there as much as jounery as the orignal band because with out steve journey is no better than these guy i pay to see voyage but not the new journey
Imagine being a singer or musician and having to copy other, actually successful, artists’ work. Hugo even looks like Steve Perry’s twin. It’s freaky. I’d rather give up than ride someone else’s coattails via blatant replication, i.e., plagiarism.
