When I received mine, theres a small hole in the mesh of the backrest. I just received it last 18th july😢

is the m102c better than the m18, m57 and m90? Im in the market for a new chair as my current "gaming chair" is falling apart and I now want something ergonomic. Would you guys say this is the best version of the M series chairs?
