Then take a warm shower before bed. Go to bed earlier whether you feel like it or not, don't set your alarm, just wake up naturally early. Then take a cold shower in the morning to feel like a beast so you can do it all again a new day. Do this for a week and you'll not only notice a difference in sleep quality, but your whole life will change and you'll feel incredible like Peter Parker.
Just gotta do cardio, eat well, lift some weights, pushups, and lower your body fat. You’ll be a monster in 3 months.

Not true. There are only 2 species known to be venomous in the states, and their bites are rarely fatal. People make them out to be more dangerous than they are. Yes, you should avoid getting bitten and seek medical attention if you are bitten, but it is unlikely you'll die.
