I'm really flummoxed by this current Lego stuff anymore! It's everywhere ! You could possibly be the first on Mars due to Lego. I remember building simple stuff with Lego. What about my erector sets that I also loved? They just went away? Time has really passed me by, will resolve to try and catch up with my favorite toys and where they are now! Oh! What about Lincoln Logs!
i dont know how interesting this is for you but as for the Wickie thing i might be able to give some insight. its based on a swedish childrens book that was made into an actual japanese anime but a german and an austrian TV station were the ones who ordered it to be made. that was the original show back from like 1970/80s. whats depicted here is a (in my opinion worse) CGI remake/continuation. it was a hit show. loved it when i was a child. a problem of the day show where a diverse cast of vikings (one was cowardly one was a bad bard, one dumb as a brick but built like a house - stuff like that) was struck with a problem and wicki came up with some solution. wickie was the brains and the vikings the brawns. really fun kids show. it could range from life threatening situations to stuff like harvesting apples for something. it really did a great job of teaching kids to think and find a solution for a problem or so i want to believe. some episodes had a moral of the story too but i dont remember it to be too on the nose back then like some shows try to hammer it down nowadays but thats beside the point.
I do love all the stepping on Legos with bare feet thing though . The Godzilla one remains my favorite. Glad you brought back loot to share with us. Just wanted to talk about Legos.
