I really enjoyed watching this puppy being bathed, massaged and groomed. She showed it’s not necessary to grab their “beard” tightly in order to work on their head, face and ears. She also talked to the puppy and offered a treat during the process and when grooming was done. Thank you for being so kind, patient and gentle with this puppy.

Sometimes as a safety precaution. Holding the beard helps to control the puppies face. Hearing the shears is scary for some of them. It's also better, than cutting it. Or poking their eyes. Very scary for groomers. When you are on the other side of the shears. Also like kids. Dogs will freak out. So you just have to be patient. Try being as safe as possible. They don't understand what you are doing. Just talk to them. Hold as gentle as possible. If you can't do it without forcing them. Then stop on a good note. Positive praises for what got done. Have come back soon. So it's a good experience. Give your groomer some credit. Not easy to do. That's why you brought them in.🤩
I trimmed my own dogs for years and never noticed their paw pads looked like little teddy bears until you pointed it out in your videos. Apart from cutting their hair out of their eyes, it’s my favorite part when you cut around their pads and then wiggle them. It’s so darn cute!

it's so rare to find a groomer that's this gentle with dogs, I've seen how terrified dogs are in other grooming videos and it made me scared to ever take my dog to get professionally groomed lol, but in your videos dogs are seriously comfortable and happy, even if they come in intimidated they end up trusting you completely, this seriously makes me so happy
This why the appointment book for Shu and Tree is full for months. They take the time to make sure the dog is relaxed. Relaxed dogs make for better grooming and happy owners. Happy customers means they're returning customers.

I know what you mean. I've only seen one groomer video from a different channel and the whole time it was super loud and rushing through the whole thing. The groomer was explaining the process but the way she spoke was like yelling and when she changed the tools she would bang them against the containers and stuff. The whole time the poor dog was completely terrified. The dog was well behaved, but the poor thing was shaking the whole time. I'm not saying she's a bad groomer because she was actually helping the dog and you can tell she cared for the dogs, but the dog was so scared the whole time. I guess she's just those really loud people and intense people? The complete opposite of the groomer in this channel. All the videos in this channel are super quiet and relaxing

I love how gentle she is with the dogs. Too many are rough with them, have no patience and are not the right personality for this. Dogs sense emotions of whoever is handling them and respond to kindness, I too would welcome Asian grooming salons in my area, the rescues could keep such a groomer busy!

I have seen her hold the beard tight on a couple of dogs. She was doing the hair by the eyes and it was a safety precaution. She didn't hurt it.

My Bichon pup would love to have a wonderful groomer as she. The massages alone the pups look too be in heaven. And appear to fall into a trance by her touch.

I'm amazed at how calm these dogs always are. We have a groomer who comes to our house and my dog still freaks out every time we try to hand him over.

That was a different dog. What you meant was a he. This dog is a she. She is a birthday gift given to that girl shown at the end of the video. She was still a lil pup and in this video was her first grooming.
