How to fix a tufting gun if the trigger is stuck and the gun is always on.

I had this problem and took me forever to figure out. As it turns out, my tufting gun trigger was constantly stuck open and the gun would always be on. After opening the inside of the machine, I was able to figure out the root of the issue and fix one of my tufting guns.

My trigger was fine. It ender up being the motor gear needed adjusted closer to the big white gear. Easy fix.

Hey bro what’s going on, so my gun after two years finally gave out on me. So here’s the problem.
My gun turns on but it seems as if the gear ⚙️ is stuck and won’t turn. It looks like it wants too but it just don’t let as I’d something is stopping the gear from rotating

Sounds like to motor finally went out and doesn’t have the tourque needed anymore

My tufting machine isnt jammed or staying on, its the opposite! the trigger is pressing like normal but nothing is happening! help?

Could be the power supply, or if the red light is coming on, your circuit board could be fried
