hey guys good work on the BAC and RFN. Is the BMS control connection needed for the bike to run. Im asking because Im thinking to make small auxillery battery to use like a reserve.
Yes. That wire is CAN communication to the rest of the system. It is important. We haven't reliably run the bike without it connected. Hope that helps!
