Yup har product k price hotay hai, so profit tu hoga, Here we are talking about customer Relationship Group. There are some customer jo ziada profit denay walay hotay hain. and there are some jo profit kam or time ziada zaya kartay hain.

Ak brand ka product ha 10 rupee ka to wo sab ko 10 rupee ka hi mila ga sab same amount of return danga to profitability kahan sa change hoge. Ya chize common shops par apply hosakte ha but brand par nhi because common shops ami marze sa barginning karta ha. Or brands ka price fixed hota hay

Yes you are right. there are some brands who sell their products on fix price. So the customer like "barnacles" never go there.
Most of the population (middle or lower class) do shopping on common shops (Sunday bazar etc) Where there is a concept of negotiation and bargaining.
