I was so excited when the podcast started because it started in a completely new way. The way Sagar Dhakal was prepared for this podcast with all his papers, presentaton, data and constitution was extraordinary. Even I was so impressed with the new format of this podcast. But eventually Sisan started to divert all his ideas and turned the podcast into Sagar's personal background. Sagar Dhakal was so excited to share his technical ideas through this platform so that the followers of this channel could grasp his knowledge. If viewers wanted to learn Sagar Dhakal's history then there is already another interview. Sagar had plenty of time to share his presentation but I think Sisan generalised his idea and didnt let him explain all the details. Nevertheless, Sagar with his lovely smile, gave everything what Sisan wanted to hear personally. But even in Sagar's personal life experience you can feel what is there in his presentation. Everything from Sagar is coming from research, data and facts. The best part Sagar has mentioned is that if you share something to people which is beyond their imagination they will laugh at you. But when you proove it they will follow you. I think his presentation, research and ideas contain those things which are beyond the imagination of todays society of Nepal.

My personal observation regarding: Sagar Dhakal: - Very excellent speaker and good visionary - Excellent drive, vision and fuel towards to drive next generation politics mainly fueling up youths - Qualified, Knowledge about data and grassroot level exposure with personal upbringing and experiences Focus Areas: - Need to work on his communication skills - effective communication (elevator pitch) - he is somewhat all over the place. He keeps jumping around topics. He needs to learn from Obama (he uses Obama as role model) about effective communication, speech delivery and interview skills. Presenter: - Condescending towards Sagar Dhakal (just because you have been to multiple villages with sponsors does not mean you can show condescending attitude toward others) - Not interested on topics, very unprepared, very gimmicky (in his own words).

His story touched me. The way he spent his early years is the story of almost 80% of Nepali youths. He understands and knows what common youths and their parents want and fear of. The Struggle and sadness of being in 20s and 30s and having no way to go, no way to achieve dreams and aspirations. This guy knows things, I hope he can fulfill his vision to make Nepal a good place to live and have career in.
Loved everything Sagar Dhakal talked about. With such a long list of experience and qualification, his plans sounded excellent. It's a shame interviewer seemed very uninterested in hearing them. I have generally loved Sisan's work but with this and in general way of taking political podcasts, if I may be bold enough to provide some critique. 1. He generally seemed disinterested with Sagar's presentation as there was an ample oppprtunity to make it more interesting. 2. Calling Rabi lamichhane a gimmick without much substantiation was a low blow specially when it was followed by " unless he comes here and talks to me". Rabi has done much more to society and impacted more people than the number of kms sisan must have travelled. 3. Praising Gagan Thapa seemed like a superficial "chaatne" pseudo "youth" support just because Gagan came to his show. 4. Sagar's point was valid on saying that the country with majority of people under 40 should be led by a person under 40, seemed only logical. But without trying to acknowledge the point or may be even argue it, sisan seems to have dismissed the logic because of his recent infatuation of Gagan. This may not be the case but was certainly portrayed that way with his response. However, having said this, I have always loved Sisan's work would continue to follow.

Sagar Dhakal:
- Very excellent speaker and good visionary
- Excellent drive, vision and fuel towards to drive next generation politics mainly fueling up youths
- Qualified, Knowledge about data and grassroot level exposure with personal upbringing and experiences
Focus Areas:
- Need to work on his communication skills - effective communication (elevator pitch) - he is somewhat all over the place. He keeps jumping around topics. He needs to learn from Obama (he uses Obama as role model) about effective communication, speech delivery and interview skills.
Presenter:
- Condescending towards Sagar Dhakal (just because you have been to multiple villages with sponsors does not mean you can show condescending attitude toward others)
- Not interested on topics, very unprepared, very gimmicky (in his own words).
I never liked Sisan tbh, he comes across as cocky and “I know it all” wala attitude.. I never understood the hype about him..

The Struggle and sadness of being in 20s and 30s and having no way to go, no way to achieve dreams and aspirations. This guy knows things, I hope he can fulfill his vision to make Nepal a good place to live and have career in.
Loved everything Sagar Dhakal talked about. With such a long list of experience and qualification, his plans sounded excellent. It's a shame interviewer seemed very uninterested in hearing them. I have generally loved Sisan's work but with this and in general way of taking political podcasts, if I may be bold enough to provide some critique.
1. He generally seemed disinterested with Sagar's presentation as there was an ample oppprtunity to make it more interesting.
2. Calling Rabi lamichhane a gimmick without much substantiation was a low blow specially when it was followed by " unless he comes here and talks to me". Rabi has done much more to society and impacted more people than the number of kms sisan must have travelled.
3. Praising Gagan Thapa seemed like a superficial "chaatne" pseudo "youth" support just because Gagan came to his show.
4. Sagar's point was valid on saying that the country with majority of people under 40 should be led by a person under 40, seemed only logical. But without trying to acknowledge the point or may be even argue it, sisan seems to have dismissed the logic because of his recent infatuation of Gagan. This may not be the case but was certainly portrayed that way with his response.
However, having said this, I have always loved Sisan's work would continue to follow.

🔴 अरे बुद्धिमान ज्यु .. देश बनाउन उमेरमा युवा होइन जोश र भिजनमा युवा चाहिन्छ । तिस बर्से युवाहरुमा आफ्नो भौतिक उन्नति गर्ने चाहना बुढाहरुमा भन्दा पनि बढि हुन्छ । तिस बर्सेहरुलाइ ठुलो गाडि , ठुलो घर र धेरै bank balance जम्मा गर्ने सपना हुन्छ । उनिहरु आफ्नो career बनाउनमा केन्दृत हुन्छन । उनिहरुलाइ उमेर हेरेर जितायो भने देश हैन आफ्नो career चै पक्कै बनाउनेछन । अनि सुन मुर्ख , ब्यक्तिको भिजन र उसमा काम गर्ने उर्जा कत्ति प्रबल छ भनेर हेर्ने हो । उमेर , जात , लिङ्ग , छेत्र , धर्मका आधारमा लिडर छान्ने हैन । सक्छम छ भने 70 बर्सको ब्यक्तिले पनि परिवर्तन गरेका इतिहास छन र असक्छम छ भने 30 बर्सेहरुले पनि देश डुबाएको इतिहास छ ।
